  This may be a long one but I feel it is worthy of it. I have bought numerous cars from this dealership and I absolutely love this place so when I came in last week to buy another car my usual sales person was no longer there and I must say at the time I was saddened because I built a relationship with not only him but the dealership as well. So my wife and I still continued the process hoping for the same experience and let me tell you this, not only did they live up to the last experience but they doubled down as well. It started with being greeted by the manager, who was new to the dealership but I could tell we we’re in good hands. He than introduce my to the sales person who was amazing as well. And the last stop of the process was finance and I knew it was his job to offer options for us but it’s still nerve racking as I’m sure everyone can relate. He, like the manager who greeted us, was new as well. This big man introduced himself to us with a smile, a handshake and always kept eye contact and that is really important with to me. We talked about everything but the car purchase and he made he us feel like we we’re the most important people in the building. What really put this over the top was when we was through, he walked us outside and I showed him the last car we bought from there 10 years ago. Than, he did something that was not expected or asked for, he said I’ll be right back. 10 minutes later as we was finishing up our delivery process he walks out with a screenshot from Amazon that showed 4 mercedes Benz center caps and 4 matching valve stem caps and said thank you for being so kind and this is for you. Not only did he go way above and beyond on our purchase but he did something for me as well. Thank you For making this an unforgettable experience.

  I recently had my Mercedes serviced at the Ft. Mitchell Mercedes dealership, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect, which is greatly appreciated when engaging with an establishment of this caliber. Tony, my service advisor, provided outstanding care for both myself and my vehicle. Bradley, from the loaner and shuttle department, was exceptionally accommodating to my son and me. Furthermore, George, our driver, significantly enhanced our overall experience with his engaging stories both at the dealership and during our journey home. I wholeheartedly recommend Ft. Mitchell Mercedes to anyone seeking vehicle service.

  Five Stars – Unmatched Service and Hospitality! I’ve serviced my vehicles at several Mercedes-Benz dealerships across multiple states, but my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell was completely unprecedented. From start to finish, my Service Advisor, Lydia Snowball, was an absolute gem. Her energy, professionalism, responsiveness, and deep product knowledge set a level of service I haven't seen anywhere else. While waiting for our C300’s initial assessment, Lydia seamlessly arranged an Uber for my wife and me to enjoy brunch. She kept us updated with clear, proactive communication throughout the entire repair process. To top it off, she went above and beyond by coordinating special after-hours arrangements so we could seamlessly retrieve our vehicle on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Lydia represents the absolute gold standard for customer experience. Mercedes-Benz should clone her approach and have her train service teams nationwide on customer interaction.   Today I had my GLC 350e serviced by Tony O. I drove out of my way and past a closer dealership because of a previous bad experience, hoping for a fresh start—and that’s exactly what I got!   I recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD 4Matic box truck from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell, and it was a great experience from start to finish. As a business owner, I pay close attention to customer service, and the team here did an excellent job. They were accommodating with my schedule, communicated well throughout the process, and made the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free. I was traveling in from out of state, and they worked hard to make everything convenient. Sam was great to work with. He was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the transaction. Management was also very supportive and clearly focused on providing a great customer experience. This was my second commercial vehicle purchase from a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Kentucky, and I've been very happy with the experience. If you're looking for a commercial Sprinter or work truck and want a dealer that values customer service, I'd definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell.
