Shawn called and wanted to help me schedule an appointment with the right person concerning the functions of my Mercedes. He listened to my concerns and was so helpful!!!   I had a great experience at Fort Mitchell Mercedes and especially dealing with Sam Enzweiler who prompt and professional from the initial contact to the close of the sale. He answered all my questions and help coordinate the delivery of my 2026 Mercedes E53 AMG to my home in Murfreesboro, TN (about 4.5 hours from the dealership). I highly recommend MBenz of Ft Mitchell and Sam Enzweiler for a smooth sales experience.

  My wife and I purchased a GLC300 AMG43 from Mercedes Ft Mitchell in April 2026. We live in Minnesota so the transaction was a little more difficult because the vehicle was located 750 miles away and would need to be shipped to us. We worked with Jeremy Agbomi and we could not have completed the transaction without him. Jeremy was honest, respectful and earned our trust, and I am the type that does not easily trust anyone. His follow-up was immediate and whenever we had a concern he was very quick to work through any issue. We were able to purchase this slightly used vehicle sight unseen only because we felt Jeremy was our advocate at the dealership. We have never purchased a vehicle this way before. We have never met Jeremy in person but if you are looking to buy from Mercedes Ft Mitchell be sure to ask for Jeremy, you won’t find better support and service. He was excellent!

  I searched far and wide for a Sprinter van for my business. Unfortunately, it was on the other side of the country. I was put in touch with "Sprinter Dan" (Dan Tilley) and we were able to negotiate a fair deal on a van that was literally one of two in the entire country. I also asked for Window Tint, Chip Guard and Windshield protection and he made sure it was all done before we flew in. I asked him what Hotel he'd recommend, and he stated it was Hotel Convington. He asked me the date we were arriving and since it was a Sunday, he said, "Go ahead and Uber to the Hotel," I'll be in touch. Unbeknownst to us, he arranged for our stay at the Hotel and took care of the bill. I can't recommend Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell enough. The transaction WAS NOT a transaction. It was literally the most seamless experience we've ever had. I will personally commit to purchasing my vehicles from this dealership for as long as I am able. The people were extraordinary, the atmosphere was inviting and we were amazed by the number of Maybach's and AMG inventory. It was the best experience we've ever had. If I could give ten stars, I would! Go see "SPRINTER DAN!"
