  Recently had a transmission issue which was solved in one days time and is now running much better. Also had a piece of metal in a tire . Mercedes replaced it in a half day and also offered valet service to my home and back. Thanks to Mike , Asia and everyone for there help and great attitude.

  Traveling up from AR on I-75 on July 3, the holiday since the 4th was on Saturday and our 2023 Sprinter RV went into limp mode. Managed to find Fort Mitchell Mercedes and call expecting them to be closed. Lucky for us they were open and told us to bring it in and they would take a look. Lydia in the Sprinter area of the business was very helpful and courteous offering us all kinds of refreshments while we waited. The wait was about an hour and they had it fixed. Some sensor had gone bad that was not terrible to replace. This dealership is great! If I lived in the area I would probably be driving a Mercedes for the daily driver! Excellent folks to deal with.

  Stranded on the expressway with a ruined (specialty) tire…(100+ degree heat index)…no fun, right?…MB to the rescue…had me towed (tout de suite) to the Ft. Mitchell store, where I was treated like an old friend, and had me ready to go in the time it took them to take me to lunch and back…Great job, guys!…

  I had to take my Mercedes-Benz CLS550 in after it flooded during a rain storm in May. I was lucky enough to get Sara DeSantiago as my service advisor. I had some problems getting my insurance paperwork situated and she was very patient with the delays. She was very helpful and has great customer service. Thank you, Sara!

  I drop my car off May 1 to get a diagnostics on what was going on with my car. I spoke with Michel and told him that I have insurance to cover anything that’s wrong with my car. He stated he don’t like dealing with insurance companies because they take their time but he will continue to do the diagnostics. I stated to him that he has to speak with the insurance company because the insurance company do not do third-party information gave him the number to the insurance company means that michel has to call.Insurance company It is June 17, 2026. I’ve been calling back-and-forth Michel and the insurance company to see if Michel reached out to the insurance company he haven’t. He told me that he left the email he didn’t. I’ve been calling the insurance company so much I’ve been speaking with the same operators twice. Michael Ronnebaum is Inconsiderate worker who don’t want to do his job my feelings are hurt lack of communication, lack of professionalism
