  I will update you all when they see my truck towed back to them same day i picked it up... really disappointed. They are closed today and won't see my truck there till Monday morning so now I havent had my truck in over a week with the same issue when I brought it there over a week ago. I and my husband told them they didnt have to rush we just asked for updates because we have to use other people vehicles to get around. We have 3 kids and have jobs so we need and have to have transportation and everyone deserves to have updates on what is theirs! Nathan is really nice there, he can find you great prices but he isn't the mechanic! Update.... well first thing first, they came in Monday and put my truck up first... by I think 5 pm I got to leave with my truck sounding like how it should, feeling like how it should, all thanks to the guys trying their best to get the issue fixed. I think everyone deserves grace, patience and love. We all are going through SOMETHING in life, and we all need time to get things fixed properly, I love how Nathan took over the situation, Nathan made sure everything was OK before we left the lot, I appreciate the mechanic that worked on my truck because I know he needed more grace, love and compassion over his life to get through his day. They went over and beyond my expectations and im thankful God told me to not give up on them. I don't believe any other car place would had been kind, listening and as helpful as they are at this location. This is day almost 3 come 6pm SINCE I GOT TO HAVE MY TRUCK BACK. Truck still DRIVING How it should be and running beautiful all thanks to XPRESS PRO TIRE AND AUTO FLORENCE LOCATION

  Nathan was amazing to work with! He pushed hard to get my car in and finished the very same day. He took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. On top of the great service, the pricing was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

  Russ was extremely friendly and helpful. He was ready for me when I arrived and had a technician ready to do the work. It was my 2nd time here and he certainly knows how to keep me coming back for my vehicles.

  They have been very good at taking care of my vehicles. This visit was for a oil change. Was in and out with o issues and job completed as it should be. Will be back for the next one!
