My young grandson & I had been stuck in a traffic jam, in the sun on a very hot day, for almost an hour - with a nail in a tire. This team welcomed us into the air-conditioned waiting area to recover from heat while they repaired & plugged the tire for us. They were genuinely concerned about our safety & getting us back to our family safely. Very friendly and kind! Thank you!
