  Tanner and the guys were great. Another shop (close by) left me in a lurch when they pulled a nail from my tire (that wasn’t even losing air) and then would neither patch it nor have a new tire available for sale. I was literally stranded but Tanner got a new set delivered from Cleveland the next morning and I had my car back before dinner time. These guys are PROS!

  Tonia at the Florence US 42 was excellent on the phone. Listened to what I needed done and went right to finding a solution in the kindest way! So nice to find someone who works with the public that actually cares about their customers!! Way to go Tonia!!

  Tonia Tucker was awesome! Never have I had such wonderful service and taken care of so honestly. She actually cared about my car and its longevity giving me suggestions and speaking to me respectfully. She was very knowledgeable about all 3 of our cars we had serviced today. She deserves 50 ⭐️'s!!!! Also need to give the employees behind the scene a shout out as well! All 3 cars were taken great care of!!!! Thank you to all!!!

  We were in a tough situation while traveling home. After already driving about 10 hours, we experienced a flat tire with still 2 hours left to go before reaching home. The team at Tire Discounters went above and beyond to help us. Even though they were busy, they found a way to squeeze us in and quickly replaced both of our front tires so we could safely continue our trip. A special thank you to Tonia and Khriss for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help travelers in a stressful situation. They treated us with respect, kept us informed, and got us back on the road much faster than we expected. Excellent customer service can make all the difference when you're stranded far from home, and this team absolutely delivered. We are incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend this Tire Discounters location to anyone needing honest, dependable service. Thank you again, Tonia and Khriss! You turned a stressful day into a positive experience.

  I made a 10:00 AM appointment at Tire Discounters for an oil change and to have my alignment checked under the warranty/service promise from an alignment I purchased just three months ago. I live over 45 minutes away, so I specifically scheduled an appointment to ensure I could be finished in time for another appointment at 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, my vehicle had not even been moved from the parking lot. The waiting area felt chaotic, with phones constantly ringing and employees appearing overwhelmed and distracted. It felt more like a sales call center than a service department focused on customers who had scheduled appointments. When I asked if my vehicle would be finished by 12:45 PM so I could make my next commitment, Tonia told me she absolutely did not think it would be done by then. At that point, I had no choice but to ask for my keys and leave. What is the purpose of making an appointment if the vehicle won’t even be brought into the shop for nearly two hours? I wasted almost two hours of my day and still received no service. I ended up going next door to Take 5, where the oil change was completed without the excessive wait. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. It seems like every time I need service at Tire Discounters, the expectation is that I leave my vehicle there for most of the day. As someone with a busy schedule, that’s simply not reasonable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for tires, alignments, oil changes, or any other services. Tire Discounters showed zero respect for my time, and that’s something I can’t overlook.
