We pass other shops everyday to specifically go there bc Tanner, Rob, Jerod as well as others there make it known that they appreciate our business. They prioritize us when we are in a bind and always great customer service. If you need work done I highly recommend this shop.

I am doordash driver and live day to day and my car is so important to me to work. They were able to work with me and I was able to get both tires for a price I could definitely afford. - BCBlake CaldwellAug 20, 20261.0I am absolutely pissed about the way my 2013 Dodge Charger R/T was handled at Tire Discounters. I took my car there for something as basic as an oil change, and somehow they managed to leave oil all over my engine. I didn't even find out how bad it was until I took my car to my mechanic. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and attention to detail. If you can't even do a simple oil change without leaving oil all over someone's engine, you have no business working on people's vehicles. I trusted them with my car and they completely screwed up what should have been a routine service. I'm beyond disappointed and pissed off. I will NEVER take my car back to Tire Discounters again. They have officially lost my business. Before you start working on a car learn how to do you're job, this is the most lazy/sloppy and pathetic oil change ive ever witness.
- KOKen OAug 8, 20265.0I received misinformation at another Tire Discounter location. It was suggested I go to Tire Discounters on Rt 42 in Florence, KY. Worked with Dave. He was quick to help and got my wife's car in the following week. I met with him and the maintenance tech. They took me into the shop and showed me the brakes. Only one rotor needed to be replaced, the other was turned, and brake pads were replaced at no charge. At the other location, they said rotors, pads needed to be replaced, and the existing pads were not covered under warranty even though we got the pads from Tire Discounter. I highly recommend going to this Tire Discounters. Dave is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and promised kept.
