  Had a tire blow out while making a long drive, Jaret managed to squeeze me in same day even though it was late in the afternoon and gave me good advice on what tires to go with. The guys even stayed past close to help me get back on the road and were friendly the whole time.

  Made appointment for 130. Got here at 1. Tires I wanted they said had 4 on the website. Got here and was told they only had 2. Sat here waiting. Other people came in behind us and they took them before us. Here it is 5 and still waiting for our car to be done. First and last time I come here. This is ridiculous. And then the price I'm being charged. Car up on lift for over 2 hours nothing being done.

  I needed a tire immediately—had a flat tire Stopped at the Tire Discounter closest m, across from White Castle on US42. To my pleasant surprise they had the tire I needed. I gotagood price too. The. The bad news—I didn’t have wheel lock key. Called the dealership and they said I’d have to come there to pick one up—a 60 mile round trip. One of the workers—Dave Cain— volunteered to drive me there. Without his help I’d probably still be stuck somewhere. My greatest appreciation to the guys at that Tire Discounter Store—Dave, Tanner and Jerry. It’s still a great country folks.

  I blew a tire the evening before. Tire Discounters got me in and found that I needed 4 new tires. Tanner (exceptional employee) explained the procedure and answered my questions. I got a great price as well as a military discount for ten years of Army service. We are loyal customers there and they are an excellent place to do business. Tanner was a very quality employee and represents them well.

  I originally scheduled an appointment to have four tires installed on September 15, 2026. When I arrived, the staff could not locate my appointment and told me they likely would not be able to service my vehicle that day. I was then informed that the tires I had selected were out of stock, even though the company’s website showed them as available. The tires had to be ordered, and I was required to pay a $400 deposit. I paid the deposit and scheduled a new appointment for September 22 at 8:30 a.m. When I dropped off the vehicle that morning, I was asked whether I needed it back by a specific time. I said no but asked whether it would be finished by noon or 2:00 p.m. I was told it would more likely be ready around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. When I questioned why replacing four tires and completing an alignment would take approximately seven and a half hours despite having an 8:30 appointment, the response was simply, “We are the busiest tire shop in town.” The service was also supposed to include a free oil change. However, I was told they could not perform it because only one technician was working that day. I was promised a coupon so I could return for the oil change at another time. (I did receive the coupon, but most likely not going to use it) At 1:30 p.m., I called to check on the vehicle and was told it was in the shop, next in line, and would require another two to two and a half hours. Then, only 50 minutes later, at 2:20 p.m., I received a text saying it was finished. That conflicting information left me questioning whether anyone actually knew the status of my vehicle. The delays were frustrating, but the poor customer service was even more disappointing. Customers standing at the counter seemed to take a back seat to telephone calls and paperwork. There was no welcoming greeting, no sense of urgency, and very little indication that customer satisfaction mattered. When I asked whether I would receive a survey, I was told that the company does not send surveys and that I could leave a Google review instead. So, Tire Discounters, here is my review. An appointment should mean that time has been reserved for the scheduled service. Customers should also receive accurate information, reasonable expectations, and professional communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Even if I have to pay more elsewhere in the future, I would rather do so than continue supporting a business that provides this level of service and customer engagement. Note - If this would allow me to post with 0 stars, that is what I give to this merchant. However, it will only allow me to post by selecting at least 1 star.
