  The check in woman, Kris, was very rude and unprofessional, when I asked how much my oil change was, I mentioned that it had gone up about $35 from my last visit and she told me, "yeah, and gas used to be $2 a gallon too, what am I supposed to do about it?" I spent nearly $3,000 after my car overheated in November to fix several things. Brought it back in March when I realized that my AC was no longer blowing cold air (and probably hadnt been since all winter, but I just never needed to use it.) They quoted me around $300. I didn't have it at the time. I called back in May to schedule an appointment to fix my AC and get an oil change. The woman I spoke to said her and her team had recently taken over the store and she would prefer have her team verify the issue for $30 before servicing, to which I agreed was ok. I dropped my car off Friday night and got a call Saturday morning saying I needed an AC system recharge and it would cost an additional $350, bringing my total with oil change and inspection to $473.53. I came to pick it up a few hours later and they told me my total was $658. They then spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get my total down to the quoted price. When I left, I turned on my AC and it is STILL not blowing cold air. So I had to drive my 3 children around today in 85 degree weather with no air conditioning after paying over $350 to have it fixed. I plan on calling Monday and asking them to take it in again for no cost, and after it is fixed correctly, I will never return to this business.

  My car got a flat tire over an hour away from home. I was in a pickle as my spare didn’t have its own rim/wheel (it was just a tire). Tire Discounters switched the spare onto the rim/wheel that got the flat tire right away for me even though they looked real busy and I was able to get my car back on the road and all the way home. All for no charge!!

  I had taken my son's 2023 Honda Odyssey to get Tire Discounters to check the alignment and the service manager Tanner was very up front, honest and knowledgeable about the issue causing the vehicle to be out of alignment. Tanner also took pictures and showed me the defective control arm bushing plus physically allowed me to take a look at it. In my opinion Tanner is a very competent trustworthy young man and clearly knows his craft and the importance of good communication with his customers. As a retired service manager and former mechanic myself I would rate Tanner as one of the Best in his field "Second to none"

  I had an outstanding experience at Tire Discounters on US 42 in Florence, KY, thanks to Tonia, the store manager, and also from Leigha. From the moment I walked in, Leigha set the tone with her professionalism, friendliness, and clear commitment to customer satisfaction. She made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Tonia was equally impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident about the service being provided. She is the best store manager and cares about the customers that walk in that door. It’s not often you come across a team that works this well together while also making customers feel valued. Tonia and Leigha truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service with a personal touch! Thanks Tonia and Leigha!

  I wanted to express my appreciation to Tonia Tucker, we are still a customer because of her. About 6 months ago our Service at your location was not very customer responsive. We would arrive in a representative would be looking at us, but we’re not greet us or say we will be with you in a moment. My daughter and I both bring our cars to Tire Discounters’s and have so for years so we decided to try one more time and this is when Tonia Tucker was so helpful and it’s because of her that we decided to return to this location. Today, I met Tanner, who said he was the manager now and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Tire Discounters.
