I had a great experience at TAYLOR TRUCK AND AUTO REPAIR.

We were in Florence, KY when our car developed issues. We called AAA and they called Taylor Truck to come and tow us to a garage. We were told it would be up to a 65 minute wait. Luckily our driver, Daniel, was there in maybe 40-45 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel looked at the car to see if he could get it started, but our electrical system was shot. We had no choice but to tow it. He gave us the address and directions to the garage he was taking the car to. He dropped us off at the rental car office on his way. Having a car break down is never a good feeling, but Daniel made us feel a little better by taking care of us and our car. Thanks!

I had a great experience at TAYLOR TRUCK AND AUTO REPAIR. THE TECH THAT TOWED MY VEHICLE WAS FRENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. BIG SHOUT OUT TO HIM

Our minivan ended up in a ditch last weekend due to bad roads from the winter storm. The van was in a bad spot where it could tip over if it wasn't pulled out correctly. Taylor's did an amazing job. The driver was friendly and courteous and pulled our minivan out with no damage to the vehicle. I would highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars!

He didn't give he his name and if he did I was so distressed I don't remember. He made me feel safe and it would okay. Please the guys who got my Honda unstuck on Christmas around 8pm he is absolutely amazing!! I cried when he got it out by just trying to drive it. I would call him everytime. He is such a great person and even better tow truck driver!! Please send this to your manager. They need to see how great he was!

Had a flat tire and called for a Tow. Daniel responded and was able to resolve our issue without needing the tow. Very friendly and explained everything that he was doing. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that would ever need a tow in the greater cincinnati area.

This company did a fantastic job towing my modified Challenger Scat Pack today. I'm very protective of my car, and was concerned as the front spoiler is very low to the ground. The driver treated it like it was his own and handled the job with ease. Very professional and courteous to boot. I'd highly recommended this business for all your towing needs.

Dispatched to us by AAA. We were able to schedule pickup time. He was there waiting when we pulled in. He was professional and curtious and kept within estimated price range. He deserves more than 5stars but he'll have to take that up with Google it's beyond my realm of capabilities

On November 11, we had a tire blowout around 10:00 pm. We pulled off but our van was at a weird slant and we could not get our jack to work. We called a few towing places and they gave us numerous promises, but they never did show up Thankfully we contacted your company! We were told that someone would be to us in about 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, Jordon appeared!! He was incredible and such a lifesaver. I don't believe we have ever had service like this. We want to thank your company as well as Jordon. Excellent service from start to finish

When Adam came to tow my car, I had my 3 1/2 year old son with me. I told Adam that he was so excited to watch him hook my car up. Adam asked what his name was so I let him know it was Connor. He said “Connor, can you come and help me”. Connor (more excited than you can even imagine) happily walked over to “help”. He let Connor help by pushing/pulling the levers, once my car was ready to go, Adam asked if we were following him to the shop. When we said we were, he said “that’s good, because I’m going to need you to help me, Connor”. So we met him at the shop and he let Connor help him again. Once my car was off the flatbed he let Connor work the levers by himself. After a long day and waiting for what seemed like forever to get a tow truck there, our 3 hour wait was instantly forgotten when Adam included Connor in the process. I would love to send a couple pictures and a short 15 second video so you can see the look on his face. He’s not smiling, but taking his “job” very seriously. I cannot express how amazing this experience was for my son, my dad and I. I work at a gas station and I have a lot of regular customers that will come in and chat. Anyone who asked how my kids were got to see the 15 second video and were also impressed that not only did Adam include my son by allowing him to work the levers, he made him his helper and made him feel important and a necessity to help Adam get my car off the flatbed. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, again, Adam for turning something really crappy into something the 3 of us will never forget!

I was very pleasantly surprised. In a time where customer service and courtesy has gone to the wayside (in my opinion) I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received. Very prompt courteous and happy to help. For my sake I hope I don't need their service soon, but should I, I won't think twice who to call.

They REALLY helped big time! Our 22ft Straight truck coming from Northern Ohio "luckily" broke down near this company. It was 10am, an hour away from his destination, truck full of crates due that day and he needed a new brake line. They called their tow truck driver in earlier than planned, found a tire needed replaced also, we got a tire from Zieglers and they worked together to get the truck back on it's way by 2pm. They were also prepared to help us unload the truck into another truck, if it came down to that, in order to get our customer's delivery to them on time. With our company being 4.5 hours away, we were extremely blessed to find a company that could get our truck back on the road within 4 hours and be able to make his delivery. AND reasonably priced!

Got stranded on the side of the I-75, at night, in the rain with no lights; Adam came to the rescue and towed us to the nearest dealership. Adam went the extra mile as AMA had given him our incorrect location and he had to find us. Adam reached out and found our location via a series of light flashes and phone calls on the side of the I-75. I can't say enough good things about Adam, he's professional, knowledgeable, prompt, has great communication, is caring and much more. My 16 year old son had called us with a flat tire. My husband went to help him but became concerned about changing the tire on an incline. I called this company and they immediately got on the road to help them. I sort of dreaded thinking about how much this would cost. However, in about 15 minutes my son happily called and said the gentleman who helped them just used a heftier tire jack and got the spare on for them...costing us much less than the price of a tow. They also said he was very nice and professional.

They were AMAZING! I live in Ohio and had broke down in KY on the way home with my 4 children with me. I was scared to death. I called them at 10:01an and they were literally there to get me at 10:15! I can’t remember the drivers name but he was such a nice guy. He then called around to find a shop that would be able to fix it the same day so I could make it back home. And the price didn’t kill either :).

Adam was there to help my fiancé when our car broke down. And hauled it a decent way for us. When I met them at home he was very nice and very helpful.
