  We ended up with a really nice car, I’m just not sure it was the deal we thought it was going to be. I found the whole process a bit sketchy. Sam the finance guy seemed to be the most upfront person about answering my questions. But like I said it’s a really nice car, just a rather confusing experience. All staff were nice enough just very vague and some unmentioned added on expenses I wasn’t expecting that were definitely not in the original asking price and I didn’t really discuss them with anyone. We still like the car, so live and learn I guess.

  I had a great experience working with Sahil Mohnani while purchasing my two cars. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Sahil took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt comfortable with both purchases. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions clearly.   ​Car buying rarely sets a high bar, but this experience fell well short of basic standards. Our sales representative, Ashton, was unpersonable and made awkward jokes that fell flat. Worse, he simply wasn't listening to what we were saying or paying attention to our input. ​The biggest issues came down to broken promises and poor transparency: ​Unfinished Vehicle Prep: We were promised a fully detailed car and a full tank of gas. Upon pickup, the tank was only three-quarters full, and the interior still had crumbs and food wrappers scattered throughout. ​Lack of Transparency: We asked about a second key fob during the process, but were only informed that the car only came with one after all the paperwork was signed. ​Pushy Tactics: There was a strong, persistent push to add extra non-essential packages to our purchase. ​The only bright spot of the entire visit was Marshall, the representative shadowing Ashton. Marshall was professional, polite, and significantly better to work with.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience leasing my new vehicle, and I have Eric to thank for making the entire process so easy and stress-free! From the moment I started working with him, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. What impressed me most was that Eric actually worked with my budget instead of trying to push me into something I couldn’t comfortably afford. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and comfortable with the numbers. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! The whole leasing process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly much more enjoyable than I expected.   I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Civic Type R from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. This was my second purchase from the dealership, and once again the entire process was professional, straightforward, and easy. Tylor Toole was my primary salesperson and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and never made the process feel pressured. The negotiation was simple and transparent, and I walked away feeling like I got a great deal on a car I was genuinely excited about. I also appreciated Chris Stouder, Dan Hollenkamp, and Marty Addison for helping make the process smooth and professional. Tylor deserves a lot of credit for the experience. Buying a car can easily become stressful or frustrating, but he made it easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely work with him again and would recommend asking for Tylor if you’re shopping at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence.
