I purchased a used vehicle from there. I am out of state so I had to trust Natt E. He was my salesman and helped through out the process. I was told Price was not negotiable from asking price. Was told car was solid and has passed inspection there. When I received car from shipping, it was so dirty outside and inside with trash still under the seats. No inspection sticker was on it. Car was suppose to be detailed before delivery. I could not even inspect car on delivery due to the filth and grime on and in it. I called Natt when I received the car and told him about the condition, he stated he will tell the managers about it. A couple of days later I got a change to clean it and get it inspected. I found out that the rear shocks were so bad that they needed to be replaced, there was a small chip on the lower part of the windshield, the interior carpet was so faded around the mats that could not be fixed, the driver side window made noise when closing. Now I also find out that there might be some discrepancy on the mileage when I ran auto check. I do not know how this vehicle passed inspection or how I was not told the truth about the vehicle. I understand it’s a used vehicle but this is beyond that. If I was told the truth I would have never purchased this vehicle. I have called and emailed twice the used cars manager Rick but so far no response at all. I guess once car is sold, customer service is out the window. I am on a limited budget as I told Natt several times. Now I don’t know what I will do. If I could give them no stars I would have. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from them. This is not my first time buying out of state. Never ever have I had an issue like this before. And also I still have not the received the title to the car and I paid cash. It’s been four weeks now. Horrible/dishonest

I recently bought my 2026 Honda CR‑V from Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more honest car‑buying experience. Nate E. was my sales rep, and he was honest, patient, transparent, and incredibly comforting throughout the process. He took the time to make sure my partner and I truly understood the value of the vehicle, answered every question without pressure, and worked with us until we all landed in a comfortable, mutually fair spot.
We spent a lot of time with Nate at the dealership over two days, and even as the process stretched, he remained patient, understanding, and fully engaged. His calm and straightforward approach made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and collaborative.
Managers Chris S. and Mike D. were also fantastic. They worked closely with us within our budget while still maintaining the value and integrity of the car and the deal. It was clear they cared about serving the customer well, not just pushing a quick sale.
If you’re in the Cincinnati / Northern KY area and want an honest, no‑pressure, transparent experience at a reputable dealership, I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. Ask for Nate E., and let Chris S. and Mike D. know you’re working with them - you’ll walk away with a great Honda and a great feeling about the whole experience.

Alt account cuz Jeff Wyler deleted my review. They had a Honda on lot that they hadn't inspected, for some reason, and told my sister she could only buy it before we could take it to a mechanic to be inspected. Another dealership told us this was weird and we agreed. Why do you have a car on the lot if you aren't ready to sell it? And then you tell us we have to buy it on the spot before it can be inspected by a mechanic? The car ended up being auctioned by them because it wasn't in well-enough condition, despite them having it on the lot and their website.
Overall pretty sketchy and annoying for young women trying to buy their first car: (Sahil was still kind tho, his manager not so much

I was actually scolded by the salesperson for not providing a perfect rating to Honda Corporate after purchasing a new Honda. I attempted to contact both the General Manager and Sales Manager to relay my concern about this behavior. Crickets!
Apparently, once Jeff Wyler Honda attains your money, their feigned interest in customer service disappears. How Jeff Wyler Honda treats its customers after the sale communicates a mountain of information.
Update: When you are in a hole, stop digging. Someone from management eventually called me with a tepid apology. During this conversation, I told the manager to cancel the Wyler Care purchase I added when I bought the new car. (Wyler Care is a pre-paid oil change/tire rotation package.) I told this person to mail a refund check for these pre-paid services because I had no intention of returning to their dealership. His response: I could just use these pre-paid services at another Jeff Wyler dealership if I did not want to return to their Florence location. Translation: We will just keep your money, and you can drive out of your way to use these pre-paid services at another Jeff Wyler location. (Yes, you read that correctly.) Apparently, I continue to be an ungrateful customer who fails to appreciate all this company has to offer. The manager eventually claimed I would get a refund check in the mail, but based on their behavior so far, I am not confident I will get anything.

Before I go on this rant let me be clear, this is not directly aimed at the Jeff Wyler name as much as it is at the customer service and value of its customers. I bought a 2021 Chevy Trail boss with 97k miles, covered under the 6 month 6000 mile Jeff Wyler powertrain warranty. We found the truck at the Ft mitchell location and brought it up to the Florence location to finalize all the paper work. Bobby and Tara were amazing to deal with and made the whole process seamless. That's where the good went bad, having 97k miles I know anything could happen but couldnt believe it would happen just 400 miles into owning the truck. I still haven't even made my first payment and already had it in for a check engine light stating a misfire in the engine and a rough idle code. I brought it into them the day it happened which was a thursday and was told they couldnt get to it until the following weel due to staff, no problem. Monday I called to check in and was told that they scanned the truck and seen the two codes for what I mentioned above and that I would have to now take it to either Jeff wyler Buick and GMC or the Ohio chevy location per the service manager Zell because they dont have the proper tools to diagnose the problem and can only read the generic diagnosis. After hearing that I felt let down especially for only having the vehicle for two and half weeks and now facing problems and being told I'd have to pay for any expenses that are not covered. So I called both places and was informed by both that I need to get a WE OWE document that states Jeff Wyler honda was going to cover the cost of the diagnostic at their location. So I called Zell back only to be told I have to get with my sales guy and then get with a sales manager. So I did that then the sales manager Adam passed the paperwork back to Zell who was now gone until the following Monday. 2 more days pass and still not one peep from the sales managers or the team at Jeff wyler honda. Only person who would answer was my sales guy Bobby. I had enough so I called and reached sales and demanded to speak to a sales manager and was told they were in a meeting and could take my name and number to which I declined and said I'll hold or he can go interrupt and get someone on the phone. 15 seconds later my sales guy answered the phone and said he had the paperwork being signed now so I can finally go and get this truck looked at. Long story short I got screwed and now my truck needs all injectors replaced along with a evap canister solenoid replaced for a grand total of $4,600 people best part about this is the truck shows these codes without showing an engine light so during the 21 point inspection after buying this truck from the person before me they could have seen this. I know this because at the ohio location they scanned it right in front of me with no engine light on and it showed all the stored codes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere I hate that this happened to me and dont want to see anyone else go through it. They dont help the customer they just want you spend the money and then they got you yeah sure I could of bought the extended warranty thats on me 100 percent but it wasn't in my budget, but what ever happened to customer service this place sucks at getting back to you and you nearly have to go cause a scene just to get them to do anything. Jeff Wyler is shady people
