  I want to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received. Every time I leave my vehicle for repairs, there is never a loaner vehicle available, which is already a major inconvenience. What’s even more frustrating is that after every repair, my truck starts having problems again within days. It honestly makes me question the quality of the work being done. It feels like the technicians either don’t know how to properly diagnose and fix the issue, or the repairs are not being completed correctly, forcing customers to keep coming back. I have spent over $20,000 on repairs at your shop. Three weeks ago the transmission was replaced. Four days ago an injector was replaced. I picked up my truck on Saturday, and now it’s already having problems again. I expected professional service and lasting repairs, not repeated breakdowns after spending this much money. I would appreciate a thorough inspection of my truck and for your team to take responsibility for the quality of the repairs that have been performed.

  My husband and I dropped off our GMC Sierra on Monday, 4/13. We received a call the next day from the service advisor outlining the needed repairs, and we approved everything. After that, we did not receive any further updates. By Friday, 4/17, we still hadn’t received any updates. My husband called and was sent to voicemail with no return call. Over the next several business days, we left a total of five voicemails and never heard back. On 4/22, since we were going to be in the area, I called and asked to speak with the service manager. He did return my call in a timely manner, apologized, and explained that our advisor had been out sick that week. While I appreciated his honesty and transparency, it still doesn’t explain the complete lack of communication the week we initially dropped off the vehicle. Being without a vehicle is already stressful, but not receiving any updates or callbacks made the experience much worse. Although the price for the work seemed fair, I would hesitate to recommend this service department due to the lack of communication. As I feel that 8 days without communication is concerning. My suggestion would be to have a system in place where someone checks on a service advisor’s customers if they are out, to ensure no one is left without updates.

  The staff in the service department is always so friendly and helpful! Scott Berry is easy to deal with and is always honest with my car issues. He also delivers on time!!

  Always feels like I am walking into Cheers when I come into this place. It's so nice to go to a car dealership and know that they are genuine. Rare quality in this day and age. Customer service is a lost art. They have found it.
