  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Enterprise in Erlanger, KY. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. I especially want to recognize Zack R., who went far above and beyond what I expected. I had an issue with my account involving previous charges that could have easily delayed or prevented me from renting a vehicle, but instead of simply telling me there was nothing he could do, Zack took ownership of the situation. He remained calm, patient, and reassuring while thoroughly investigating the issue, reaching out to the appropriate departments, confirming the charges had already been resolved, and ensuring everything was corrected so I could receive my rental without any further issues. At no point did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an outstanding one. Customer service like Zack’s is becoming increasingly rare, and his positive attitude, composure, and dedication made me feel valued and respected throughout the entire process. Enterprise is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Zack on their team, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized because he is a true asset to the company. Thank you to Zack and the entire Erlanger team for delivering one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Multiple bottles of booze under the driver and passenger seats. Smelled like a bar. Empty soda cans and food everywhere as well. Never answered phone when we called to complain, just threw us into hold for half an hour. Completely unacceptable.

  I had to have my car repaired and I had to use a rental set up by my insurance agency. Enterprise is their choice and I understand why. State Farm was wonderful getting everything set up for me. I appreciate great service and very happy to recommend that everyone should give you a try.

  At Enterprise on Rodeo Dr…..been a customer for 20+ years…..probably over 100 rentals from Enterprise nationwide….i booked a car two months ago…..I have been here 1 hour and my car is still not ready…. the only thing they have completed is they have fully charged my credit card…..unfortunately I cannot recommend Enterprise….they used to be a customer focused company…no longer. Note….this has been my similar experience the past year or two. A drastic reduction in service from just a few years ago.

  I want to mention how good our experience we had with Kameron Cuffy. He was very excellent & went above & beyond to help us. He was very patient & respectable, we didn't know how many of the controls in the car worked & He went through them all with us. Then he gave us a way to contact him in case we needed his help with the car during our trip. I sure hope you guys know he is a very valuable asset to your company & you treat him good.
