I do not enjoy taking my car to get serviced, however, Valvoline makes it such an easy process. My family has just moved to Fort Knox and this Valvoline location has met my expectations for sure! The staff here was very friendly. The valvoline staff recommended services for my vehicle without being pushy…They were quick and efficient. I was able to get in and out between clients and head right back to work, with no wait time.. usually I would be at the dealership for hours just getting an oil change, even with an 8am appointment (🥴 what a dread) . These are all the major factors that keep me coming back! Thank you guys!

Yoshi explained everything thoroughly in easy to understand language in a friendly manner. He even recommended looking for discounts online which and was very generous in my discount. He was honest and not trying to scam me which my skeptical mind gets nervous about going to get these things done. I got oil and filter changes done. I recommend coming here.
