- ZZzack4 days ago2.0Good, not great. Forgot something on my bill and called me repeatedly in the middle of rush hour traffic to come back and pay it. Said they would give me a discount on it for coming back, the discount was small enough that it was completely undone by sales tax.
- JSjackie sims4 days ago1.0Sat in line for 40 minutes. They had me switch lanes once and were asking me to switch again. I told them I didn't have time today and I would come back another day. They had the car behind me back up so I could leave. What I didn't realize was they had me pop my hood while I was waiting to put windshield solvent in my car and had shut the hood but didn't latch it I drove 30 minutes on I65 at 70 to 80 mph. When I got home realized my hood wasn't latched Totally my fault for not checking but I had someone looking out for me. Guys were polite.
- MGMk Genereaux5 days ago4.0They had all 3 bays full with two cars in each lane. I was third car and still had quick service! A little pricey but you are paying for quick and convenient vs waiting over an hour at dealership. Always good service here
- RMRobert MilamSep 27, 20265.0Have been going to this location for years. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Dante and Travis took GREAT care of me. Travis chatted with me and shared some stories of his daughters marching band adventures which made me smile having been in marching band MANY years ago! Will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as I can drive!
- TMTommy McDanielSep 26, 20263.0Service was o.k. had to ask employee to check my oil so I could see it on dipstick. Employee left oil on my hood that wasn't cleaned off. Another employee changed a brake light bulb and left greasy fingerprints on my rear bumper. I had to wash all these things off my car when I got home!
