  Good luck canceling your service with them. I've went in person to cancel, I've had email exchanges with their customer service department and everytime I'm assured my membership has been cancelled and now this is the 3rd month in a row I've been charged once again.

  Terrible. Now I remember why I don't use automatic car washes. 18 dollars later there's still bug guts all over my front end and windshield. Didnt even clean my wheel wells. Back to washing it myself! Thanks for taking my 18 bucks.

  I’m disappointed with my experience as a Take 5 Car Wash member. I recently noticed that my monthly membership charge had increased by $8.60, which amounts to an additional $103.20 per year. I was not aware of the increase beforehand and did not knowingly agree to the higher recurring charge. I understand that prices can change, but customers should be clearly notified in advance of any increase to a recurring membership fee. After discovering the higher charge, I canceled my membership. I am requesting a refund of the overcharges resulting from this increase. Please also provide a clear explanation of when the price increase took effect, how and when I was notified, and where I allegedly agreed to the higher recurring charge. If notice was provided, please identify the communication method and provide a copy of the notice. If you’re a Take 5 member, I recommend checking your bank or credit card statements carefully to make sure you’re aware of what you’re being charged.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CleanWaves Express — you just earned a new loyal customer! I recently found out my unlimited membership at Take 5 was jumping from the $18/month military rate I had been paying to almost $26/month after the ownership change. What makes that especially interesting is that Take 5 is still publicly advertising an $18 military unlimited-wash tier — yet apparently that rate isn't available to me here in Elizabethtown. You know… Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Right outside FORT KNOX. 😂🇺🇸 So I decided to take my veteran dollars elsewhere. Enter CleanWaves Express. 🙌 I signed up today for UNLIMITED car washes for only $14.95 A MONTH! The facility is great, the price is fantastic, and I'm thrilled to have found an affordable local alternative. So thank you, Take 5, for raising my bill. Seriously. Without that price increase, I probably never would've looked around and discovered that I could get unlimited washes somewhere else for $11 LESS every month. 😂 Take 5: That'll be almost $26. CleanWaves: How does $14.95 sound? Me: SOLD. 🚗💨 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CleanWaves gets five stars from me — and my bank account would like to leave five stars too. 😂 Support businesses that actually give you a reason to stay.

  I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5 Car Wash! My car was in pretty rough shape, but they managed to make it look good as new. The wash itself was excellent, the vacuums worked perfectly, and I really appreciated that they had detailing sprays available to use as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful for the great service—I’ll definitely be back!"
