  I have never been to a car wash with better customer service. The ladies working there we kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. I will go back to this car wash even if its out of the way. Top tier customer service!

  I went online and they had a $5 introductory special, and when I went there the very nice man said that the coupon was not valid. He did let me have a free car wash, but it must have been the lowest budget one, my car was still quite dirty after I pulled out of the tunnel. Thankfully they had a detail area, and I was able to use their complimentary towels and chemicals to get my car clean. Both my brother and sister-in-law have their monthly subscription, and I would love to give you a five-star review if I was able to get a free Deluxe car wash that actually clean my car properly the first time.

  I am extremely disappointed with Take 5 Car Wash. I just discovered that my monthly membership, which had been $21 a month, has increased to almost $30 a month. I did not authorize this increase, and I was not aware that my monthly rate was changing. I only realized it after noticing the higher charge and then began seeing posts from other customers on Facebook discussing price increases and changes with the company. An increase of nearly $9 a month is significant, and customers with automatic monthly memberships should be clearly notified BEFORE a higher amount is charged to their account. I should not have to discover a price increase by looking at my bank or credit card statement. I have been a paying customer and expected better communication and transparency. If prices are going to increase this much, customers deserve clear advance notice and the opportunity to decide whether they want to continue their membership at the new rate. Very disappointing way to treat loyal customers.

  Unfortunately, this place is run down and some of the automated washing mops don’t even work as you are going through. Some of the water sprayers do not work fully. This has taken place for quite some time now. We are on a monthly plan, but we may stop it and go elsewhere unless this place gets an overhaul. The employees there are always so nice, but the equipment inside the washer is not as great as it used to be.

  My husband was told theyd wash his work truck with no issue. Today a manager he never seen before except one other time came out yelling at him saying he would have to prewash his tuck before he took it there to get washed. He works in a limestone mine and he told her its not concrete and has been going for months woth no issues until today... what's the point of a car wash if you have to prewash it...
