    The experience we received from the technician, Robert, was top notch. He came out from the shop, greeted us with a smile, explained the replacement of the windshield & gave us a time frame for the completion. It was done before the time frame! He never acted bothered to come out from the shop to greet us. The windshield looks so nice. The ease of scheduling the appointment via internet was great. We received updates & reminders via email & text messaging.

    Loved the experience. My insurance company worked directly with them with me only having to schedule the service through an app. I had Lucas who stayed communicative, came to me to perform the service, explained everything he would do, was respectful of my vehicle, was very timely in completing the work, and made sure I knew of their guarantee behind their work. While I hope to not need them in the near future, I would certainly use them again if I needed work like this done again.

    Paid $960 for a windshield and recalibration Told me the closest they had was a week out and then two days beforehand they reschedule on me without making contact with me first. Apparently, due to my windshield, not being there on time and someone calling out. So because I have my ducks in a row and they don’t, I have to go half a month without my $960 and my windshield. It’s crazy to make a customer pay that much first upfront And not keep your end of the deal. Lets HOPE I don’t run into issues with the repair 😒 Update: They said the poor tech out with a broken windshield Now they have to reschedule me for a third time. Amazing work (sarcasm)

    I dropped off my vehicle at around 2:00 PM and was told that I would receive a call in a few hours when it was ready. Before I left, the associate even confirmed my phone number, so there was no excuse for not contacting me. By 5:10 PM, I became concerned because no one had called me. I drove to the shop only to find that it was already closed. My vehicle was parked outside, completed and ready to be picked up, but the business had closed without notifying me. I contacted customer service while I was there, but they kept me on hold for about 30 minutes and were unable to reach anyone because the location was already closed. The next morning, the associate called and said, “I don’t know if I told you yesterday, but your car is ready.” That was very frustrating because no one called me the day before. If I hadn’t driven to the shop myself, I would never have known my vehicle was finished. Because of this lack of communication, I had to miss another day of work and now I have to pay for an Uber since I have no one available to drive me. The windshield replacement itself appears to have been done correctly, but the customer service and communication were unacceptable. A simple phone call before closing would have prevented all of this inconvenience. I hope the management improves its communication so other customers don’t experience the same problem. I also believe the company should have offered some type of compensation for the inconvenience, such as reimbursing my Uber expenses. Because I was never notified that my vehicle was ready before the shop closed, I lost a full day of work and now have to pay for transportation. This situation could have been completely avoided with a simple phone call.

    I had an appointment scheduled for 6/16/26 the technician JASON drove all the way out to my location.Just to ask me if we could reschedule, because there is a 1% chance of rain. He then asked if he could see my phone so that he could reschedule through there which would make it look like.I'm the one rescheduling, and not him. Obviously I don't want somebody working on my car who doesn't know what they're doing, so.I allowed him to reschedule the appointment. 6/17/26 between 12-5 with JAMES. in which he completely no showed, I received no communication e t a or anything from him. I've called the customer service line who also tried to contact the shop in etow and was frustrated because she could not get any information from them. At this point I will just reschedule with another company who will actually do the job They are contracted to do.
