  Very professional. Worked quick and explained the process. Let me know how long before I could move the vehicle or put pressure to it like a car wash. Put everything back together just as had got taken apart. Great work.

  The replacement of my window I thought was going to be a headache but Safelite made it as painless as possible they came out fast I didn't even have to be there I had to go to work and by the time I got home it was fixed Jason was an amazing Tech

  Came to my residence and replaced vehicle's windshield. Tech's communication was excellent and did a great job. I have used Safelite in the past to repair and replace windshields and will continue to do so.

  Took our van to the Elizabethtown Safelite to repair shattered back windshield. The trunk hatch opened and closed and latched and locked even after the glass had shattered. After Safelight worked on the vehicle and put on a new piece of glass, the next time we opened the trunk it would not latch closed. Took the van back to Safelite so they could look at it/fix it. They looked at it, and made it so now the trunk won’t open — at all. They told us there must be a piece of glass stuck in somewhere and that is not “under warranty” and they wont help us at all. There’s “nothing they can do.” They directed us to an 800 number, which connects to an AI system. Before sending the van here, our trunk opened and latched closed. After the windshield replacement, the trunk was failing to latch. So since there was a warranty on the work we took the van back hoping they could clear up the problem. Now the trunk will not even open. And somehow that is not on Safelight 🤔according to the technician at Elizabethtown Safelight. There’s nothing they can do but tell us to “call corporate.” The local manager, Thomas Greenwell, is unreachable says the technician. This was one of the nastiest exchanges we have ever had with any corporate customer service oriented business ever. What is the worst part about the whole thing is that after they allegedly tried to fix it it got worse. They are saying the glass got into the latch. The latch can not intake glass because it descends unto a ring hook. The glass would have to ascend up into the door to get in there. So it makes no sense that the technician had the car like a few minutes and more glass got into the door and the car got more damaged. This was totally unbelievable.
