  Made an appointment same day. Arrived early. Vehicle taken back immediately. Was given an estimated wait time. Completed sooner. Received detailed checklist and photo pics of repairs made. Excellent service. And great attitude by all.

  Overall 50/50, the fist guy I talked to was great said they can fix my truck and get it checked out no problem… second guy was insistent that they could not touch my billstein shocks.(because they were aftermarket but truthfully fit and work the exact same as completely stock) Main problem I had was they did a suspension check and said the only thing wrong was an alignment but after further inspection from a more experienced mechanic and I (I’m also ASE certified in suspension) we found out both my wheel are literally one good bump from completely falling off the truck, VERY BIG SAFETY HAZARD AFTER A WRONGFULLY CONDUCTED SUSPENSION CHECK EVEN AFTER I INSISTED THEY DO IT MORE THOROUGHLY AND CORRECTLY.

  -3 stars for not having my tire size in stock despite being a big "name brand" chain -2 stars for me having to change my own tire in the parking lot while my Mama's O2 was running out (to get it to an indie shop that *does* keep my size in stock) -- like fine I wasn't technically a paying customer, but wowww now I won't ever be lol +2 stars specifically for the bro who offered his torque wrench at the last minute when I brought the fixed tire back and put it back on myself, thanks dude! Give ponytail guy a raise for human decency! They weren't even that busy, they basically just watched me limp in, shrugged, and kept watching lmao
