- LBLane BoswellSep 22, 20261.0Dropped my work van off on Friday 9/18/2026 for a Taillight, Transmission service and a AC/Heat issue where the vents wouldn’t switch off of defrost. Gave it a couple days and called for an update and they said they “replaced the actuator and it didnt fix it” cool.. then said they had to wait for a “master tech” to vacuum test it on monday. Called monday afternoon and they said they still haven’t figured it out and they would call when they knew something. Heard nothing the rest of the day. Tuesday 9/22/2026 i called around 10am and they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t fix the issue because they couldn’t figure it out. Okay thats fine, i go get my van and asked them if they at least changed the taillight/turn signal which is a single bulb. They proceeded to tell me yes that they did but when walked to my van to check, it still wasnt working, i proceeded to pull my tools out and pull the taillight out and low and behold the bulb was burnt out and never changed. Manager bold faced lied to me and said “well we checked it” but you just told me you changed it. 10/10 would not recommend taking personal or work vehicles here as they obviously do not care about the customer and are not scared to lied to you for a buck. 🤷🏼♂️
