  My father in law rented a van from this place in July and he has rented and so has my wife on multiple occasions for multiple trips. My father in law got a scratch off the day we left for our trip and won $50, he put it in the glove box and we ended up forgetting about it. We remembered the day after we dropped it off. We dropped it off during closed hours and the next day around mid day he immediately called, couldn’t get through. He tried twice two days in a roll, no answer. I call the week after and finally get ahold of someone. She acts odd when she answers and immediately says “oh we don’t have anything in the lost and found” and that she would check with the detailers and flag the van because it was already rented out again and she would call back when they get back. She never called back. You would think if a detailer found this he would have let someone know so they could notify the person who rented it but no of course not. Of course they would probably decide to take this $50 winner scratch off. What a JOKE.

  I had a very nice gentleman pick me up and drop me off where I needed to go. I got a very nice and clean car. The transaction went very smooth. I was very satisfied and will definitely use Enterprise again.

  Started off rough with a car dash light that came one while I had the rental. But spoke with them over the phone and they were able to switch me with another vehicle that same day without any issues. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but his customer service will have me as a returning customer.

  None of the workers seem to communicate at Enterprise. I booked online. Had a lady call me and say it wouldn't be ready till later. I waited. Called again and they said it was there and available. Drove to pick up and they didn't have it. Had another person tell me another time. Waited around several hours waiting on the vehicle they said would be ready just to never get it. I get things come up but the lack of communication between employees is wild!! Called Hertz and they had me in a brand new 26 vehicle within the hour. They were polite, quick and over the top with the vehicle selection.

  I wish I could give 10 stars. Enterprise in Elizabethtown went above and beyond for me today!!! I had originally booked with a local rental company, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told they didn’t have one available for me. I called Enterprise, and they were able to get me in a car as soon as I could get to the location. Joel made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. He was very professional, helpful, and turned a frustrating situation with another company into a great experience!! Thank you, Joel and the Enterprise team, for the outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate you getting me back on the road and will continue to book enterprise for my future rental needs!
