- TMtammy marshallAug 26, 20265.0I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. An issue occurred and they took care of the situation. It took a few hours but at the end they made it all right. Very polite professional front desk and staff
- ADAnthony DAug 22, 20261.0Let's start off with they basically scammed my misses who is handicapped and took advantage of her by saying they were giving her discounts and more. As she got her car back it was worse then before they said to put new brakes on but forgot to tighten them also broke a studio on one of the wheels then instead of there special price they made up some stuff and charged her over $1,000 also the air pressure in the tires were not correct either. This place use to be honest but now id say run far away unless u want a discount thats gonna charge u about $700+ more then you should had paid and yes it went to another shop immediately after because it was not safe to drive and Im pretty sure they won't do a refund so we will spread the word and hopefully save others there hard earned money also how sad is it when a shop decides to take advantage of a handicap woman.

While waiting for my oil change, I witnessed the manager and what I believe the assistant (both wearing polo shirts) deal with a belligerent customer while also handling their store and staff at the same time. During which never once were they rude or disrespectful towards said customer. I was in and out 45 minutes, cabin and engine filter + wiper blades and oil change. A+ service to me!

I had another shop quote me an outrageous figure just to find out the vehicle only needed half the work that was suggested. Will never go anywhere else!!! Sean and Trey make the experience pain free.
