- BJBryan JonesJul 3, 20261.0Rip off. Stay away. Wanted to charge me 130 dollars to just mount and balance two tires (I already had the tires) goodyear mounted and balance them for 50 dollars. They wanted 1300 dollars for 4 tires mounted and balanced and there fake free alignment on my wife's car (toyota camry 2019) Goodyear was 659.89 for the exact same tires and alignment done for free. Haven't been there in years because they where sketchy than and still are. So do yourself a huge cheaper favor and go some where else. Plenty of great tire shops out there.

- SDShannon DowningJun 2, 20261.0My fiance took our truck into the shop on May 1st. We had tires and brakes calipers put on for almost $3200. When he left there was no brake pressure at all. They claimed it was his master cylinder and wanted him to come back in to have a smoke test done. Couldn't get him in til next week...fine...we call the next week, they say they'll charge him an additional $150 to do the test but they won't have the part for another 2 weeks. We can't wait, took it to a different shop they found they installed the calipers on the wrong side and bleeders were upside down. We paid them, spoke to corporate and the manager called they said they'd refund the 151.05 we paid the other shop to correct their error and to wait 7 to 10 business days. Guess what no refund was issued at all. Quite possibly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

Our Dry Ridge store provides oil changes, brake repair, wheel alignment, battery service, suspension work, fluid services, A/C and heating repair, auto glass replacement, free inspections, and EV service. All performed by ASE-certified technicians.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our Dry Ridge store has ASE-certified technicians. Many also carry Michelin Certified, TIA, and MAP credentials. We have ASE EV Certified techs for electric vehicles. Ongoing training is required, not optional.
