- DWDan WSep 26, 20265.0I recently purchased new tires for my RAM 1500 RHO from Tire Discounters' Dry Ridge location and had a great experience from start to finish. Kylee helped me over the phone with pricing, ordering the tires, and scheduling the install, and was polite, professional, and straightforward about costs. When I arrived, Kylee continued as my service advisor and made everything easy. The technicians were efficient and careful, and even took the extra step of returning my spare tire to the underbed mount. Overall, I received a fair price, excellent service, and wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend this location to others.
- BBBBobSep 21, 20261.0Went here for a simple tire change and an alignment let’s first start with how my alignment was all the way messed up the first time so they went back and re did it and it’s still messed up😐 I’m taking my car to a trusted family mechanic and I will never be returning here. And don’t even get me started with the “free oil change” bs like what do you mean you’ll only fill my car with 5 quarts and I gotta pay the rest? Smh. Total joke and scam if you ask me. $700 for tires sure but if it includes a free alignment for that price I’d expect my alignment to be done correctly no?(Update I see you replied to my comment I took it to our trusted family mechanic and it took him 15 minutes and straight as an arrow. Thank you for the concern tho. The reason it was messed up was because my back two tires were toed inwards causing my back end to almost feel like it’s slipping going straight and our mechanic said it looks like it wasn’t even touched. I’ll give it to ya tho the front two were straight but I won’t be returning 👍.)

- CJChris JumpSep 4, 20261.0Don't bother going here. My 16 year old daughter had a nail in her tire. It was in the middle of the tread. And the tire still had 75% life left. She took it up there and they took one look at it and said because of the angle the nail went in it wasn't repairable and she would need to purchase a new tire. She called me and I advised her to go to another shop for a second opinion. And wouldn't you know it. The repair was made and that shop said there was no reason for them to have pushed for a new tire. So is it laziness or are they trying to take advantage of young girls who may not know better? Wish I could give a 0 star
