- JWJosh WallisOct 1, 20262.0I came in for an oil change. They offered me an air filter after checking mine and tested my battery. I did not get a new air filter or battery but I did buy a new battery at an auto parts store two days later. When changing the battery I noticed both screws that secured the air filter compartment were missing. I drove back to valvoline and asked them what happened. The young lady who worked there remembered my car and said they were already missing when I got there and that it was noted on the invoice. She said screws like that get stripped out and go missing frequently. She said she couldn’t replace them. I checked the invoice later and it was NOT noted. I have only taken this car to valvoline for oil changes and they are the only ones who would have removed this compartment when they offer me a new filter. The only three locations I have visited are the ones in Tates Creek Center downtown Nicholasville and Danville. Somewhere along the line somebody lost these screws and I never knew about it because it wasn’t noted on the invoice. I thought that by driving all the way to Danville I would have received more helpful and sympathetic service.
- DGDeborah GillSep 29, 20265.0Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. On the day of my oil change visit , there were not enough people to also, rotate tired. According to their records tires were not due for another 10.000 miles. So, all good. Price was the same as last oil change back in July

- AKAery KeepsSep 22, 20265.0Casey was very kind and personable. She even let me know that I had a few hundred miles to go before I actually needed an oil change and asked me if I would like to wait. I really appreciated the attention to detail and honesty!
- MWMelissa WilliamsSep 11, 20265.0I felt so much more comfortable & at ease with a woman running things. She was fantastic! I wish I knew her name - she had blonde hair & glasses. Seriously my least stressful oil change experience.
