  Tire plug fix! Pretty quick & free since I had the service added when I bought my tires. They let me keep the screwdriver that punctured my tire too, which is a nice memento lol

  Fast and took care of business! Within 10-30 or less minutes, saw the tire couldn’t be repaired had found a few comparable replacements and had it installed. They weren’t upselling other products or services, just helped take care of things Shout out to Josh for making the disruption nice and easy!

  ​I am usually pretty leery about these big-chain tire shops, but Ken Towery completely changed my mind. ​My wife had a flat tire, and we needed it replaced immediately. I called them up, and they managed to get me in the exact same day. I worked directly with the Service Manager, Josh Hargis, who was absolutely fantastic. He was super nice, incredibly patient, and completely professional. He actually took the time to listen to all of my concerns, helped me choose the exact tire I needed, and the pricing was great. Not only did they replace the flat tire in a very timely manner, but they also went the extra mile to inspect the rest of my vehicle. They noticed some recent, significant damage on another tire that I completely was unaware of. It definitely would have become a major safety problem down the road. ​Instead of trying to take advantage of the situation, they: ​Took the time to explain everything clearly. ​Actually brought me out to show me the damage firsthand. ​Replaced that tire as well, saving us from a future headache. I honestly left this shop feeling like I was treated like family. Josh and his team didn't pressure me; they just looked out for my family's safety. I would definitely recommend Ken Towery to anyone, and I know for a fact I will be returning for any future tire needs!
