- TEToby EnnisJul 20, 20265.02006 GMC canyon, truck needed a alignment and tires. Talked with Bruce on a set of falken tires. I looked the front end over pre to the appointment and had a outer tie rod that needed changed. The guys added it in and at a reasonable price. Keep truck up in couple hours. Truck drove great and steered straight. Completely happy with the job and costumer service.

They were not in a hurry to wait on someone and said they didn't have time to change a tire for me and said it would be an hour or so before they can get to it. There was no car's in the bays and I drove by a half hour later and there was still no one in the bays. So I drove to the other store in Danville and had no trouble getting what I wanted done. So I told them they had my business from now on.

He quickly ordered my tires, installed them, and had me safely back on the road. Very happy to have met Bruce and his team. True professionals.

I made a phone call late Monday afternoon, he answered the phone and we spoke at length and set up an appointment for the very next morning at 7:30 AM. I got there to drop my 2017 Ford F150 off to have the brakes checked out and repaired, and his team did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this Ken Towery location!
