These guys are great!! They listened to our problem with our car and figured it out quickly. We had no idea when we accidentally drove with the emergency brake backing up several weeks ago that it would locked up our drum brakes. Such great service! We will be spreading the great service we had to our family and friends 🙂

Got an alignment yesterday and it actually felt WORSE after I paid $140 than it did when I took it in. Decided I should probably make sure I’m not nuking my new $500 a piece tires and took it to the dealership. This is the result after 24 hours from Ken Towerys $140 alignment. What did I pay for? Top is what they “aligned” my wheels to and the bottom is after. For all that is holy, please never go to a Ken Towerys.

This is long overdue, my apologies to the crew at Ken Towery's for the delay. Within the last couple weeks my brother and I came to this location to get two new tires on my Mazda 6. We were welcomed and promptly served by Bruce upfront. He was calm, collected, and help us find the tires that were right for us. He actually brought the tires out to show us the quality we were buying. It was more personable and customer driven. Not once through the experience did we feel like we were being upsold. Then when they went to put the tires on, Eric the mechanic, found issues with my ball bearing and control arm. I was on full tilt when Bruce brought us into the garage to show us the problem. Within two months I have just replace shocks, struts, a control arm, ball bearing amongst a litany of issues. Meineke took me to the cleaners on that, pushing things, upselling,... I was sale and not person. This was different, these boys at Ken Towery's looked out for me. In my mind I already had it in my mind that we were about to break the bank to remedy the issue. While my brother and I talked to Eric, Brice ran an estimate for the repair. He came back into the garage and asked if we were ready to be shocked. And I was. The most reasonable cost, and swift repair I've ever received. These guys treat you like family, not just a sale. Ot was very refreshing .
