  Excellent service! I wish I could give it 100 stars!! They followed up with my request, were flexible, courteous, and awesome! I definitely am recommending the Covington location to my friends and family! Alec and Matt are incredible, wish the other branches were like yours!

  100 STARS! Incredible Service and Care from Matt at Madison Pike, Covington, KY. If you are looking to rent a car for any amount of time, this is the only place you need to go! We rent from this location often, and I can confidently say it is always top-shelf service from the moment we make a reservation until we return the vehicle. This weekend, we rented a car for a surprise trip to Chicago to take my daughter to see her favorite artist for her first concert. Matt, who has handled our reservations from start to finish many times, was there to help us again. He is consistently the kindest, most welcoming person; there is something so professional, sweet, and genuinely amazing about the experience he provides every single time. Matt is truly a master of customer service. He was so enthusiastic about our trip—he even offered us a free upgrade to ensure we had an elevated experience for such a meaningful family event. Unfortunately, our trip hit a major snag when road debris flew out from under a semi-truck and smashed our windshield. It was a terrifying experience for both my daughter and me. I called Matt immediately, explained what happened, and sent him photos of the damage. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, Matt handled the situation with such heart. He prioritized our safety above all else, calming us down with genuine concern, talking us through our options, and even offering to help us find a replacement car at a different location if we needed one. We were shaken and panicking, but Matt’s compassion and care gave us so much ease. We ultimately decided to cut our trip short by a day and a half to get the situation handled. When we arrived back at the branch, Matt was there to greet us. He didn't even need to look at our reservation to know we were returning early, and he seemed genuinely sad that our vacation had been cut short. He remembered all the details about our trip and immediately checked on us to see if we had enjoyed the concert. He processed everything quickly, efficiently, and with total kindness. He even followed up with the branch manager to ensure everything was taken care of, confirming that I would receive a reduction on my rental costs for the shortened trip and a full return of my deposit. I don't know how else to rave about this place. We use this location often, and we will always come back—especially because of Matt. We are so very grateful to you and all you do! Thank you for being YOU, Matt!

  Unfortunately, since this is a small branch, they cannot accommodate many options. I understand that, but the representative was very rude and unhelpful not even willing to transfer my fleet request to another branch because he was “too busy”. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this branch. The Florence branch has always been a much better experience.

  My experience was Great and your associate Matt was fantastic and I was very impressed with the Hyundai Tucson SUV that he provided for me. I didn't drive the rental SUV much and Matt said he could give me a nice amount for reimbursement. Great people make Great service and that means something to anyone who needs temporary transportation for emergency or non- emergency service.
