- TATim AmorellaMay 13, 20265.0Travelling home to Illinois from Knoxville, I became another victim of the I-75 tire-eating stretch coming down off the mountain into KY. It was raining, I had my son in the car, and we were far from home. I got off the interstate in Corbin and called Tire Discounters, explained my situation, they said "Come on in..." I rolled in on a spare, they took us right in, and literally offered to make us a sandwich! Friendly and funny conversation made the time go by quickly, they patched the tire at a very honest price and gave me directions back to the interstate. It was such a relief to be a stranger in town, in a tight spot, and to be taken care of as if I were an old friend. Thank you again!
