- LMLeah Mcgee3 days ago2.0We have worked with enterprise several times but this last time may have been the last. Our ac went out on the vehicle while ten hours away in Florida (in July). And no enterprise in any locations could help us find a replacement. We lost a day and a half of our vacation trying to locate a vehicle driving around in an extremely hot vehicle. Their roadside assistance department is a complete and utter joke. They told us to go to the airport to trade our vehicle out so we drive over an hour away in that hot vehicle to get a new one for the airport to tell us they didn’t have one to accommodate us. I called roadside again and they suggested we go to a different airport (another hour away). I asked if that airport had one as we just drove an hour away to pick one up and was told they can’t even see the inventory. What point is roadside assistance if they can’t even see the inventory when suggesting people drive hours to those locations. We had a horrible experience.
