  Had the worst experience today at the Corbin location. I went to pick up the car we had reserved for today at 9am, they didn't have a 3rd row car for us. Instead of helping us try to get one from a different enterprise near the Corbin office the lady working was super rude and told us there was nothing she could do about it for us to call around to see if we could find somewhere that had a 3rd row vehicle. We couldn't get anyone on the phone besides a Knoxville location and they didn't have one because they said most the cars were rented out due to a graduation. We drove on to London and thankfully had a must more positive experience the lady and gentleman that were working there were super helpful and helped us get a van so we can take our 5 children on their vacation in the morning. It was just a very stressful experience especially because we were supposed to be leaving for vacation at 3am tomorrow morning and I didn't even know if we would have a vehicle to get us there! If you plan to use enterprise I would definitely recommend choosing the London location over the Corbin one, unless you like being talked to like you're beneath the workers there. The lady working in the office is very rude and unprofessional.

  I will be having my company go through a different rental service. The first time I got a rental from this branch, it was a huge third row suv and it stranded me with a dead key fob. I had to wait for the tow truck driver to even be able to get my things out of the car. The second rental and most recent was also an SUV. They were supposed to both be compact sedans but somehow got “upgraded” without a choice. It also seemed to be an issue that I needed to extend the rental. I ended up turning the rental in a month before I was supposed to because this branch is always so difficult and can’t seem to ever give me what I’m booked for.

  If your going to rent from this place just know that your confirmation means nothing. Made a reservation on friday for a monday rental only to be woken up by somone at the branch letting me know that if i stilll wanted the car i could go on a waiting list and maybe get into a vehicle by wednesday. When i asked why, i was told that they ususally do business this way and if i couldnt wait they would just cancel the reservation.
