They diagnosed the issue as needing new tires, but after paying for four new tires, the original issue was still, so the actual problem was never fixed. From my perspective, it felt like they focused more on selling tires than properly diagnosing the issue. Very disappointed with the experience and the money spent without resolving the problem.
