- RRRobert RiceJul 3, 20263.0Manager never introduced themselves. Proceeded to ask if I wanted my lights checked. I thought that was part of their routine. Kept asking questions over and over. This all happened on 2nd visit. First visit they directed me to get in line behind another car when the other bay was empty. After directing me to other line they just let me sit there never came to get information. Sit there about 10-15 and no one came out. Finally had to leave. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THEY ARE USUALLY PRETTY EFFICIENT. Maybe they were short staffed
