  I just had to chime in… To the ladies with the recent comments and so called experiences, I’m honestly shocked. I was so nervous taking my car in but I desperately needed new tires. From the first interaction with Dan and his team, until the last w a follow up oil change, it was over the top phenomenal! Thank you for making me comfortable, explaining everything like you truly cared and wanted my business. I was treated professionally and w respect from Dan and his staff! Tires and service were outstanding along with competitively priced! You deserve my business and anyone else looking to purchase new tires. Thank you for making it a priority to take care of your customers! I’l be back for sure!!

  I have been going here for years. Dan the manager has given me renewed hope in the auto service industry. His integrity, HONESTY, friendliness and professionalism truly stands out in todays business environment. During my most recent visit, I thought I needed brakes on both axels. I only checked the rears as one was metal to metal. I told Dan to replace all 4 brakes. Dan called me and told me the fronts had plenty of life left on them and I deferred that to later. I know for a fact 90% of shop managers would have taken my money and not gave a 2nd thought. Dan and his crew are the reason I continue to go to this location without hesitation.

  I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes, and all of the guys are always happy to answer any questions I have and take the time to explain things to me. Recently, I was in an emergency car situation and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car — I just knew something wasn’t right. I called and explained everything to Dan over the phone, and honestly, as a woman, you get nervous trying to describe car problems to someone who has way more experience than you. But his response was, “Yeah, that makes perfect sense. Can you drop it off today so we can take a look at it?” It turned out to be my rear differential, and I needed new brakes as well. Dan took the time to answer every question I had over the phone, and when we picked the car up, he explained everything to my husband too and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. We are blessed to have a good place in OC like this! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

  I wish there was a place for 0 reviews. What we have seen from this place is a negligent disregard for the reputation the original owner Kevin built. If they aren’t price gouging women then they are talking down to you. Dan acts like he gods gift to tires then when is called out he interested in our business. Dan will quote women 800 plus claiming that’s all the tire they have, then a male asks the rate and Dan has a 350.00 tire. How is that ever okay? Dan is a disgrace to our former favorite one stop shop. Call Lagrange service center and ask for Amber. She honest and has the best interest in our community.

  The corporate is great! This local business is not! Dan Greet has a consistent poor attitude with anyone he deals with it seems, or maybe he just hates women? When we send people to them they come back with bad news of his horrible manner of “customer service”. He schedules appointments with out confirming a customers desire to move forward. Then calls the customer and berates them for missing an appointment. Skip this location and use another Tire Discounters that knows the value of customer service. Again great company, but Dan is thorn to this local business.
