  I went to have my oil changed, a new air filter placed, and a tire rotation. When doing their standard procedures, they checked my battery health and said it was very healthy. After this, they finished my oil change and air filter replacement and a younger man asked me to turn my car back on. When my car wouldn’t start, he yelled out to everyone “Can we get some help she doesn’t know how to turn her own car on.” This was very unnecessary considering my battery had to be jump started and it wasn’t my own fault that it wouldn’t start. They told me this could have happened due to the tests. They then let me know they wouldn’t be able to perform my tire rotation because my car is too low to the ground and they don’t want to cause damage. I appreciated the honesty, but after I paid and tried to leave, my battery died again. It had to be jump started a second time before being able to leave. The only reason they are getting more than 1 star is because the woman that helped me was very kind and apologetic. After leaving, I realized I needed to go back and have them reprint my receipt with exactly what had been done to my car including the 2 jump starts for documentation in case they had messed something up. They didn’t reprint it and the manager only put that they jump started it in the comments in small print. He didn’t sign it or include that it needed to be done twice. He only left his business card. I definitely will not be back. UPADATE TO ADD: My car now will not start even after leaving Valvoline and then jumping it off twice. I have never had issues with my battery or my car in general and when I went back to ask for them to write down exactly what they did including the jump starts, the manager told me that I would need to have it looked at. Mind you this is after they told me it was completely healthy and I have never had issues with it before.

  I asked if there were any discounts or coupons and they said no. I found one on line, then when I paid with cash and was waiting for my change, someone told me to leave, I told him I paid with a hundred and was waiting for my 45.00 change. The girl who I paid tried to short me 4.00 dollars and I think she thought because I’m elderly, I wouldn’t notice.

  My car was taken care by the manager Jenn, and Dillon helped me at the desk, Jenn was amazing!! She smooth sailed through my requested services, I got an oil change and a tired rotation. Jenn led her team amazingly, watching her comfortably, reassuringly and confidently guide her team made me feel at ease that my car was in good hands. I had a great experience thanks to Jenn and Dillon, thank you team!!!

  We had a great service. I highly recommend this Valvoline. They were very professional and friendly. They recommend a new filter which we really needed. They were not pushy. Jen explained how the filter was going to help the Mazda!!!

  The woman who is the manager and the staff are so kind, helpful, and authentic! They want nothing but to help you and ensure that you get the help you need with your vehicle, and that your needs are taken care of. They helped me fix my over filled oil change issue from another company I got the day before . I will visit them in the future. Thank you
