Had a terrible experience here a few months ago, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was a mistake. Pulled straight into a bay, but it still took forever. Workers were nice, with the exception of manager Michael. He gave me grief and openly complained about me not wanting to give my email address. He said it was the only way they were graded and tried to push me to and had a sour attitude and demeanor when I still declined. Had a coupon from the company, but didn’t work and he didn’t make any effort to help. Really just said it was customer service’s problem. Found another and it magically worked because it was for less $ off the total. This is truly a scenario of ‘fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me’ and I won’t be going back.

They overfilled our car 2 quarts! We went back to the other location and they re-did the oil change. This mistake could damage the engine. They worked on our car all of 7 min eliminating the time it took to drain all the old oil. What a nightmare.

Went there yesterday to get the oil changed on my new Honda. My receipt said the guy's name was Muhammad, he did a great job. I was initially hesitant to also get the air filter replaced, but he was correct it did actually blow twice as hard after he replaced it. I was only there about 30 minutes or so so I didn't have to wait long, good experience will be back next time I need oil.

Waited an hour and a half in line and couldn’t even get my oil change done because I would run late for next appointment.there was a lady that was very rude about it and didn’t really care. For being in such a busy area they should definitely be more nice and attentive to their customers.

Before oil change, there was no check engine light or anything. I have always put 5W20 in my car which is recommended. Five days after oil change check engine light comes on and the power to my engine has been reduced. I take my car to the dealer and come to find out Valvoline put 0W20 oil in my car. Some say it doesn’t matter but it does when it comes to certain models and years (I have a 2016 Cadillac ATS). Valvoline operates off the generic updated version of the dealership specification chart instead of what the actual manufacturer oil weight calls for. They denied to pay for damages!! Anyone who goes to these fast oil changing drive-ins be sure to ask for original manufacturer specifications when it comes to oil changes. NEVER SUBSTITUTE!!! (A BOUGHT LESSON IS A PAID FOR LESSON WHEN DEALING WITH SECONDHAND INFO). I assume they were using the original oil weight but they were not.
