  Service was great and the employees worked really hard to get me in and out. The only reason for three stars is because they told me they had a leak in the washer fluid system in the basement and they could not fill the washer fluid reservoir on my truck.

  They were very professional and informed me about everything they were doing, suggested services I was in need of (windshield wipers) I had been needing to replace them for awhile, so glad I visited that Valvoline location! I am very glad they opened one on that end of Campbell lane near Great Escape.

  Very pleasant experience! The lady that helped me was very nice and understanding when I low-key forgot my own address for a moment, and didn't really speak loud enough for her to hear. She had no problem explaining to me about different things, since this was kind of my first oil change by myself, very easy to understand.

  It was quick and super easy! The staff was so kind especially Kylan, he made sure my car was completely up to date and ready to go! Definitely going back!

  I went to the new location and i got in with NO wait. The ladies working there were professional, friendly, not pushing sales, got my services done quickly and educated me on the services provided. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Will continue to use them for car maintenance.
