- GMGail McIntoshtoday1.0So they changed our oil and 6 days later we checked the oil at home. It was OVERFILLED. We took it back to the other Campbell lane shop and they re-did the full service. THEY REMOVED 7 QUARTS OF OIL OF A 5 QUART SERVICE. This can cause extreme harm to the engine. Now I have to take it into Toyota at my expense and have a full inspection. If it's damaged - I have to file a claim for all damages. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. What a nightmare. We have fresh oil all on our garage floor, and underneath the car. Let along the engine damage to several other internal engine parts that we are hoping did not get ruined. They got the mileage wrong also, and the service was about 8 min. SLOOPY and Incompetent to say the least. They should be closed down.
