One star for being down and out of service. Out of towner and I expect my carwash subscription to be available anywhere and within business hours!

I signed up for the $22/month car wash membership, but I was charged $39.99 the following month instead. I did not agree to that higher monthly price. I understand prices can change, but charging a different amount than the price I signed up for without clearly communicating it is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Check your charges carefully if you have a membership.

Tommy’s express car wash, one of the best in town. The only negative I have is if you don’t hand-dry your car at the end, you will get watermarks other than that, great place

Matthew the gm went above and beyond when I had an issue with referring a friend. He was quick to respond to emails and the issue was resolved in as little as 2 weeks. This is the best car wash in town and having people like Matthew in charge was Tommy’s best decision!
