  Ryan was working the window yesterday and we rolled through to knock the dust off of my wife's 440i. After learning about the options, we locked in a monthly plan. They have a Veteran's discount. We cancelled a membership at Cheetah Clean and at another competitor across from Culver's in Bowling Green. Why? The last few times we went through for the Cheetah King Extreme the crew didn't measure up in terms of wiping down the interior or even knocking out an interior vacuum service that focused on an attention to detail. Everyone there presents well and they all move with a pep in their step. However, the inside work has been lacking. We cancelled them. The other place, here again, really nice folks. This place only has the drive through portion but does have the self-service wash available. The vacuum area is clean and okay. We cancelled my plan at Speed for our other car today. Tommy's has a solid monthly price point and a discount for various qualifies. I am Veteran and first responder. Also, the vacuum area is cleaner than Speed's and I think the hoses seem longer and thus easier to access my car for cleanup. They have a dual floor mat station- one for standard mats and a larger specialized one for Weather-tech - like formed mats. I signed because of the professionalism Ryan displayed, the great value I saw in the car wash drive through process and the improvements in the vacuum area. ***BONUS. With this membership, you can drive your car through as many times a day as you might want to. Without appearing a thrift seeker, I can wash my car in the morning anmd if it rains or my car gets road grime from my days to Nashville and Louisville I can run through again at the end of my day. It is always good to have a clean car when I have a client with me. Thanks Ryan!

  I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, fast, and super efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I knew exactly which wash option was best for my car. The wash itself was top-notch—my car came out looking spotless, shiny, and practically brand new. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the powerful cleaning to the spotless rinse and dry. The whole process was quick but didn’t feel rushed at all. What really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the facility is. You can tell they take pride in their service and care about giving customers a great experience every time. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality car wash that gets the job done right, I highly recommend Tommy’s Express. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Loveeee Tommy’s! They’re open early, easy washes to pick from, very fairly priced, and don’t rush you when you’re cleaning! My car looks brand new after my beach trip. Attendant Ryan came out while I was cleaning & offered me a complimentary detail kit, & told me abt their FREE mat cleaners. Friendly & helpful :) 10/10
