  The communication from the company and the installer were excellent. The installer was actually early called be hand and did an amazing job courteous and knows what he was doing. Overall a great experience. Thank you Safelite

  I absolutely truly do not do this very often, especially not five stars anymore. But I am telling you this is an honest to goodness straight up true review that I did this other one and then came on here and did the extra time to do this because this company was as close to perfection as anything I have dealt with in a long time. The one thing that I had maybe that they had probably had an issue. They fixed it before. We could even hardly say anything and that was not a big deal but the ease of the computer doing that online setting it up. They contacted us and stayed in contact with us about it. That showed up right on time. They were efficient getting it done. Harley knew they were at our house he vacuumed out of the glass out of the back end of our vehicle. It was the absolute hot extreme heat warning time of the year and the back end didn't even open for him. So it was extremely appreciated and I'm sure very hot on him and there's just not really anything I could say about it. That was bad. Price was great even though it wasn't something we had to pay because somebody else did it. I would think that would have been a really great price plus the back side window that we got for their Suburban actually was a better one than what we have on our other side. So it was a plus but definitely could not recommend this company more.

  Safelite Auto Glass came to my house and replaced my windshield. Getting a fast appointment was easy. My technician was Jacob and he was professional, friendly and did an excellent job of installing my new windshield and new wipers. He answered my questions and made me feel very confident about the wonderful job he did. I highly recommend Safelite for windshield replacement.

  My install technician, Jacob, absolutely SAVED this experience for me with Safelite. Complete professional, efficient work and did an awesome job getting my glass replaced. Their customer service from the store is absolutely non-existent. You can not, under any circumstances, talk to anyone at the store. If you call them it goes to the national customer service center and they can't get ahold of the store either, which makes the corporate folks completely impotent to help you. Not their fault because they do try to get ahold of people and try to help but they are hamstrung by the ol' Corporate "We don't let customers actually talk to our people" philosophy of Customer Service. Again, can't say enough great things about Jacob and his work. Shop Manager? Unresponsive and unavailable. Corporate Customer Service? A++ for effort, but totally powerless to actually help.
