  The Safelite Technician Jacob did an outstanding job. He called me up several times let me know he was in the area and that I was next in line. I wasn’t aware that I needed to specify OEM gorilla glass for my 2021 gladiator Jeep so he didn’t have the glass but wasn’t his fault I don’t know. Was it the Insurance or Where the ball was dropped. So he had the replacement glass and we talked about it and he sent me a picture of it and I said that would be fine . I definitely didn’t wanna wait any longer to have my windshield replaced. Have a wonderful day. 😎✌️🥳

  I was very pleased with the Safelite location in Bowling Green Kentucky. I got my truck there about 10 minutes early turned over the keys, went and got breakfast. Came back hour and a half later it was done as promised. All the staff that I made contact with which was two different individuals were very professional and very polite and I observed them being very professional. Very polite with another customer that was in front of me. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

  Time did a great job installing our new windshield. He was on time, courteous and communicated very well. Easy process from beginning to end and a reasonable price.

  absolutely impossible to count on. They do not make their appointments on time. Had to come back three different times first came with a bad piece of glass then came and put the glass in and didn’t have the instrumentation or whatever to do the calibration then came again to calibrated. Seven days later, the glass broke along the edge of the frame with no evidence of a rock chip or anything else. And now nine months later after I paid for this out-of-pocket, they have the audacity to call me and ask me for a co-pay against my insurance. When I returned their phone call about it. The individual in client services was indignant short not offering any help or willing to listen to the situation but instead made it clear by saying all right, I make a notation and hung up on me. Please do not use this company. They are another corporate giant to have lost a sense of how to do business individually with people. Interestingly, most times a business owner will contact back and unhappy customer this company does not.
