Scheduled a windshield replacement online. The first piece of glass was scratched so they had to reschedule. When the new glass came in they did the replacement, but left one of the wiper arm caps off. They lost the cap and said they would order a replacement. I tried to check on the status the next day to ensure it had been ordered, but cannot speak to anyone in the shop without physically visiting. All phone calls go through their corporate office to be "filtered" and then they transfer you to the shop where they conveniently ignore the ringing phone. No voicemail either, just a recording that says "Thank you for calling, good bye". The last person considered in their online/automated/bureaucratic communication scheme is the customer. This is my last time to use Safelite.
Their technician Omar was very professional and very fluent in his work. He let me know when he was coming and he made it when he said he would, which is rare these days. We had aftermarket equipment attached to the windshield. He did not hesitate to assist us in reattaching the aftermarket equipment.

I priced windshield replacement via GEICO and a local shop. Safelite beat them by $100, and came to my home with convenient scheduling. The technician did a great job, communicated well throughout the process, and was quick, friendly & professional. Would highly recommend!
The pricing is fair and once you schedule you dont really have to do anything. Jacob, the technician I had come to me in White House, was awesome. He was very respectful, punctual, and he had the windshield installed within probably 30 minutes. I can't recommend them enough, if you can, ask for Jacob when making your appointment.
