- RRreneatoday1.0Today is Thursday. I contacted safelite Sat to advise that windshield number 2 was leaking. Theu have yet to respond. It rained last night so much headliner is again damp. There is a small area somewhere along the top of this windshield that needs sealing. The first windshield and the sealant used was not even put in the right track according to the second tech. If it was not sufficiently cleaned that explains why this one isnt properly sealed and water leaks. But. Idk, all I know is I have a truck whos top is damp and an interior that they were suppose to fix after tech 1 broke multiple clips and left pulled apart. I have contacted my insurance company and will again. If you can choose who does your replacement NEVER USE SAFELITE.

- DTDan TOct 2, 20261.0Sad they will not even attempt to seal small cracks ..jump right to replace ...Seems scummy to me
- HTHey ThereSep 30, 20265.0The technician did an excellent job and also did an excellent job communicating with me through the whole process. All around it was a very easy process! Highly recommend!
- DDDavid DobbsSep 26, 20264.0I was under the impression [I asked the question when they called to confirm the appointment ] if the seal would be replaced too [the seal/gasket between the window & the truck] & I was told yes Other than that perfection 👌 👍
