  These guys don’t know what they’re doing. I believe it’s curtesy to ask someone about “upgrading” their device before doing so, but they do not. Double check the work that’s done after leaving as they’ll put it back on wrong. Just do the oil change or whatever yourself or they’ll take advantage and charge you for services you don’t approve of.

  No appointment needed. We did have a small wait but not bad. I was offered a nice cold water while I waited. The guys working there were quick and efficient.

  I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ENTIRE ROTATION, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES PROPERLY WITH IT. BEING FRONT WHEEL DRIVE, HE DID NOT CROSS THE PATTERN FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT WHEELS. I NOTICED AND ADVISED THEM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE AND HE LOOKED PUZZLED. AND SAID IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.YES, IT DOES.THERE IS A WEAR PATTERN WHEN YOU ROTATE TIRES.ALSO, HE PUT A 158000 MILES INSTEAD OF A 150000 MILES.THAT ODO WAS READING. ALSO , THEY DID NOT FILL UP THE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID
