  Special thanks to Enterprise Truck Rental for their help in getting us exactly what we needed for a complicated scenario. They solidified their 5 star service by addressing and fixing a small hiccup before our odyssey began. The cargo van was perfect for our needs. Thanks to Hayden and Chase for their great work. Although I hope to never have to do something similar again, we will call these guys first!

  This is the 2nd year that Chase Strother at the Russellville Rd location in Bowling Green, KY has taken good care of me & I’ve already booked the same cargo van for our 2027 show next year!

  I had a rental while my truck was being repaired and they charged the insurance $78 a day for a truck I have the invoice and then I went to rent one myself and they wanted 150 a day plus mileage. I think I’m just as good of a customer and the insurace company. This is not reasonable and if they can do it for them at that rate why can’t they for us. Mike was not very friendly and does not have good communication skills. I called another location and received a much better rate than what he quoted. I do not recommend this location or Mike.

  Have rented a truck twice from this location and both times were without any issues. Chase took care of everything with ease. We needed the truck for a longer period and he made sure it was taken care of. When I need a truck again I will definitely return to this location. Thank you Chase!!

  I was greeted and treated very well I was rented a new Chevy 2500. Very nice equipment. Everything was explained to me up front so there were no unwelcome surprises. I was in and out in just a few minutes when I rented and when I returned vehicle. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future
