    While frequently an airport experience can border on chaos, my visit to Enterprise today left me with a smile and a feeling of being a valued customer. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect at the counter, the pick up point, and leaving the garage. My car was clean and ready to go, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A+ and definitely will do business again and recommend Enterprise!

    This is the second time in two years that's I've returned a one-way rental to Bowling Green Enterprise. This is also the second time I've received notification that they're filing a damage claim against me for supposed damage to one of their vehicles. This is a scam at this location, a scam I'm reporting to The Attorney General of Kentucky! I refuse to be scammed, the pictures I took before and after rental will prove they are liars!
