  Customer service from the “salesman” I had was terrible. No worries tho blue compass showed me even better deals & didn’t treat me like I was “beneath” them since I came in for info & not to actually just purchase something same day. She was very caring & took time to explain everything to me. I will never return to camping world. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not saying everyone is bad but who I had ha absolutely not, I didn’t deserve how he treated me AT ALL.

  This places salesmen will post the campers on fb at different prices then the website(higher, but whatever) and they'll even post the same camper/RV for higher prices multiple times(higher price after the lower price while leaving the lower price up) so you "negotiate" back down to the original price if you arent viligant enough to double and triple check the prices. Multiple salesman will post the same rvs and campers as well. It's a slimy tactic and I'm sure it works.

  CW of Bowling Green really was pretty seamless. I told sales associate Drew there was a camper at another facility I wanted, what I wanted for my trade and I wasn’t paying for any type of “prep” package that that is expected. Compared to other experiences with 2 other CW listed below, CW of Bowling Green, specifically working with Drew was peace of cake. The camper was transferred in within 3 days. They stayed to make sure it was ready for us to pick up AND we had to swap all of our belongings from trading camper to new same day. Drew not only stayed well past closing, HE HELPED MOVE OUR BELONGINGS! And it was drizzling a little bit. Lauren in finance was also easy to work with. Overall was pretty decent experience. If in the market give CW of Bowling Green and Drew a call. ****I had found a camper at 2 other CW and had contacted those first thing in morning to see about trading mine but mine was at a different CW getting awning repaired so didn’t have available. Both times they low balled me on trade because “unseen” even tho I sent pictures and gave full disclosure of cosmetics defects. It was as if they didn’t want to make a sell. Also tried to sell me on the “let’s go camping package” because it would make sure the camper I was purchasing otherwise I’d have do a wholesale thing which only hooked up battery and still charged like $1000. It was bogus! Then after making a deal with CW of Bowling Green the other CW suddenly could give me more for my trade….too late.

  Just recently bought a camper here and I get a call from the County clerks office stating that they received my info and I owe more on taxes than what was originally on the sale, I go down there and they have a different copy of the sale where Camping World added the Elite package and I owe $360 more than the original contract so Tennessee is charging a tax on the Elite packages besides the registration for the camper why am I being taxed for protecting my camper this is highly dirty and what really gets me is Camping World told the County Clerk that we shorted them on the check, posted are the copies of the check and original bill of sale and the clerk would not even give me a copy of the " Revised Bill " I consider this a very dirty practice this will be the last camper that we ever buy from anyone

  I wouldn't even give them one star if I could leave a review without giving a star. They have had our camper in for repairs for three months now after it was damaged in a wind storm. Ally keeps putting us and the insurance company off for more estimates when the estimates should have been done the first week it was dropped off. Come to find out, some parts are not even available anymore and here we are in the summer months, making a monthly payment on a camper that they are holding hostage. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and highly recommend that you buy from anyone except Camping World.
