    Workers are helpful ! But the grey shorted managers are very tired of their jobs and don’t seem to want to help or work there especially for commercial they do not want to deliver at all even if they drivers sitting around they say “ it’s just the two of us “ Amy is the one that truly makes that place feel depressing and she clearly wants to do nothing with any commercial accounts and will try and find a way to refer you to another store sometimes she’s helpful but she always has the face . I don’t know his name but it’s a light skin guy with Afro he’s the same as Amy he talks as if he’s being forced to work there and hasn’t been payed in years I called them and asked for a part and he was very tired of talking so he said ok I’ll put you on hold and proceeded to hang up after 10 mins when I called back someone else picked up .

    I want to give a huge thank you to Quenton at AutoZone. My car battery died unexpectedly, and despite the blazing heat, Quenton came outside and personally helped replace my battery. He didn't have to go above and beyond the way he did, but he chose to, and that level of customer service is rare these days. I've always been an O'Reilly's customer and honestly never had much reason to choose AutoZone over them. But after this experience, Quenton completely changed my perspective. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Employees like him are the reason customers come back. Thank you again, Quenton. You not only got my car running again, but you restored my faith in AutoZone. The company is lucky to have someone like you representing them.
