  Picking up the vehicle went smoothly and without issue. Upon return, I brought the vehicle back on a full tank of gas. I went to the restroom and the attendant told my wife that the tank was not full while I was absent and charged us $40 upon return. After being told this, I asked him to check again and we verified together that the tank was full and I was issued a refund then. I don't know why it wasn't addressed with me or how it was mistaken when I saw the full tank on my drive over.

  I’d like to start by saying the staff were all very nice. I have nothing negative to say about the workers who helped me at this location. The cars, however, had issues. The first I tried to rent I had to immediately exchange. It smelled horrible, it was filled with cigarette ash, and had horrible road noise coming from the tires (that were all visibly curbed by previous renters). The next car I got was slightly better, but still a bit smelly and dirty. I ended up cleaning the steering wheel and other parts I’d have contact with because they were all sticky. It was missing floor mats as well. There was a shake in the steering wheel once you got over 70mph in the car, so I had to drive under the speed limit most of my trip.
