Cannot express how much gratitude I have for all the help yesterday when I came into your store. Ernie at Tires Plus told me my best bet was going across the street to AutoZone and to ask for Bobby Saint. Bobby diagnosed a bad alternator. Being from west central Indiana and 200 miles from home this was not a good thing to hear. Bobby went out of his way to get me the part and put me in contact with a mobile mechanic who changed it and got me under way. I came in the store during the heavy rain around 10:30 and remarkably was headed home just a few hrs later thanks to Micah the Driveway Doc. 5 stars to everyone involved including the folks at Lee nails next door who did my girlfriends nails while we waited! Thanks again!!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Tabby. She was impatient, rude, and a loud mouth who sold us the wrong fluid for my transfer case and talked over us when we questioned her on the amount and product. Got home and looked at the owners manual. She was gone by the time we got back, and the gentleman behind the counter helped us out tremendously. He was patient and polite and actually knowledgeable. With him I wish I could give 5 stars. Unfortunately, Tabby put a bad taste in our mouth with Autozone. And it's not the first time we've had a problem with her being like this, or with other customers. I hate to be a Karen. So I'm sorry for this negative review.

Horrible customer service. The lady that works in there screams when shes talking to you. They are around car parts all day but when you purchase a wrong part by accident (because lets be honest, I know nothing about cars but thought I did right) they make you feel stupid and like you should have known that it was wrong! None of the employees at this specific location are friendly or personable at all. This wasnt a 1 time, maybe they were having a bad day, incident. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 2 times prior but after 3 times of being rude to customers, I will no longer do business with them.
