  Awesome service! The guys took the time to fully explain everything that would go on and all the possible outcomes. They had it all finished up and ready to go by the end of that day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

  They are not to be trusted, they did an inspection and an old change on my vehicle. The repair inspection text was bogus, and taking it to a secondary mechanic prove that what they had stated was not true, it would have caused more damage to my vehicle, if I would've continued with the recommendations from this auto mechanic, john the owner, instead of just giving a straight answer would go on for an extended amount of time to answer a simple question to me felt as though in hopes to confuse me with the talking. When I received a text inspection I was not wanting to take it back to this shop because of the expensiveness , when I asked to have a code scan ran on my vehicle to pin point any problems John quoted amount , he quoted a 170 $s , anything that I needed done I couldn't bring in items that I bought. I had to only purchase what they had in their shop. So to which i decided to look around different mechanics in the area to see what they charged.And I found somebody who didn't charge anything for a scan , and I could but parts and bring then on and the mechanic is certified , just like the mechanics at top auto, i didn't remember after getting a air filter and putting it on myself.I could take it to autozone and get that same scan done for free as well , taking it the secondary mechanic was the best move after seeing this machanic. The second mechanic only confirmed that john and his team at top auto was just trying to damage my vehicle nickel dime me exaggerating the problems and creating new ones. First thing that was stated was that I overfilled the oil, I did but because of a person , not properly putting my vehicle back together when adding oil , an inspecting my vehicle and john, at top auto, this very thing , he changed the oil so the oil change was corrected but, saying that in the inspection there was oil coming from the converter gaskets That it had excessive oil in the air filter but was not changed he wanted may to drive it like thatthat I should proceed to drive it for 300 miles to burn off the excess oil and then bring it to his shop so that they can inspect it to see what was the next thing that needed to be done. It did not feel right, thank God for discernment. These people are not to be trusted taking it and let it didn't run for 300miles would have completely destroyed my vehicle, upon taking it to a secondary mechanic, he allowed me to step out into his shop and look at the said repairs needed from top auto and there was nothing anything that this top auto person, John. Had said was true, and there was a dent in my muffler that had never been there before going to the shop. Beware
