  Hank (an employee) there was absolutely amazing. He knew I was in a hurry and quickly got me out of there even though I rented the car that morning (2 hours ahead of time). He was very nice and helped me more than any other enterprise that I’ve been to. They were all very polite and patient since they were slam packed. They did however give me minivan even though I wanted a car, but it was my fault for not making the reservation ahead of time.

  We recently rented for a vacation trip. The vehicle we initially requested was not a good fit, so the staff made sure we were given a vehicle that would be comfortable and reliable. I have used Enterprise for several years, and have always been treated well. The customer service on this rental (and aways) was so nice!! We will certainly use Enterprise in the future!!!

  Reserved a vehicle 3 weeks in advance. My card declined for fraud alert and the bank was closed The manager( super nice guy) told me to be there at 9:am. I was... long story short, he wouldn't give me the vehicle. Said he wasn't allowed to run my credit card again. The guy was the rudest person I've ever met. We missed a whole day of our vacation, went to another enterprise and the staff was top notch! Apologized for my experience and treated us so kind! This guy hurt my feelings and embarrassed me and my family! Don't go to Ashland Enterprise!

  So my experience at Enterprise in Ashland, KY was the absolute worst customer service I do believe I have ever received by far. 1st keep in mind the need for me to even get a rental car was because I had hit a deer that ran out in front of me and I had full coverage insurance. So, 1st day when my buddy and I are getting the vehicle its noticed and acknowledged that there are visible dents and scratches and that it was not detailed even though the employee claimed it was, I then start the vehicle which was a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas I immediately tell the employee there's no gas in it, he says with me and my friend right there "We'll it looks like you will have it awhile, tell ya what dont worry about it when you bring it back since there was none when you got it," I even said, "mannn." He said, "ill make note of it" evidently not. So within 1st 10-25 mins a light and beeping goes off says "dangerously low oil" I pull over to check oil its a new car so didnt know how cause its all electronic, so we then call and are instructed (after arguing with them on the phone that there is no oil)take it to Firestone. More time wasted. Mechanic is mad cause its 5pm and he wants to leave and puts oil in the car wasted hr there Then discover gigantic bed bugs in it(I can post pics if necessary). I take the car back a day early and clean with the same amount of gas it had in it then look at my bank statement today and see i never did get my 50$ deposit back nor anything for it being returned a day early because I had to pay for 4 days out of pocket because my insurance wouldnt cover it anymore. I then call the manager 1st calls me a liar and then lies to me and tells me that he is going to refund 1 day and the gas and yet that wasn't done either. Good to know how much you appreciate your customers experience since you gave them such a horrible time when it was already a difficult time to begin with. So disappointing and allowing your employee's to provide an exceptionally horrible experience just makes this business part of what is so wrong with this world today!
