  Showed up at 4:2/ p m to pick up my car that was reserved, unfortunately, for me, there was a note on the door that said we'll be back at four o'clock and there is no one to be seen other than three other potential customers standing in the parking lot.Great for business. Gave them one star simply because zero stars was not an option.

  Hands down the best experience I’ve had when renting a vehicle! Thank you to Taylor @ the Alexandria location for taking great pride in making sure customers are well taken care of. Excellent customer service!! Clean, comfortable and comparable vehicle to my daily driver while it was getting repaired!!

  I’m having such a really hard time getting a hold of someone no one never answers and you’re left on hold and no one still doesn’t answer and you stay on the phone for 20 minutes or more and still no one picks up or respond to you. I left an autographed baseball in one of the car rentals and I’ve not been able to get a hold of anyone about it. My wife accidentally left it in the Rental. We’re not from this area.
