Took the car there for simple brake change and after returning it 3 times they could not find what was causing a loud piercing squeak. Took it to Community Car Care who said it was my new brakes installed here and of course had to charge me. When I went back to CarX they said they couldn’t refund any money. Did give me 2 oil changes but that nowhere near covered my expenses. Bad business and I wouldn’t do business with them again

I had some work done a couple weeks ago and spoke with Tim before bringing my car there. Tim gave me an estimate on the work I requested and called me the following day to let me know of something else that was needed to repair my car. Now days I don't really expect much when it comes to the service industry. There aren't many people that take pride in the work they put out. I felt like I needed to write a review because of how pleased I was with the work done by Tim and his crew. They communicated with me, the car was ready when they told me it was going to be ready and it was quite a bit less than the estimate. Tim and Jack both are extremely helpful and knowledgeable mechanics. They helped me get my car back on the road in a short time span and also helped me save money while doing so! They applied coupons and saved me money without me even asking and then when I had another minor issue when I got the car returned to me they fixed that issue no questions asked and for free!! Cannot stress how great these two guys are and how helpful they are. I highly recommend going to car X in Alexandria.
