  All of my past experiences have been great, so when I was up for an oil change and tire rotation and in a crunch for time, I went to the Valvoline since it is convenient. I opted for the full synthetic oil and was told it would need to be changed at 5,000 miles but the sticker I was given showed I needed to bring it back at 3000 miles. When the tech took off the panel for the filter, a clip was bent in the process, and the tech told me it must have been from a previous time and to use a heat gun to repair the clip. The clip is attached to the side panel that once looked up is $160.00 to replace. Then, after the tire rotation was done, I noticed the finish on the rims had been scratched up from removing the lug nuts. The techs were nice and professional but gave excuses to the damage of the car while it was getting serviced and I paid a higher amount to then be presented with 3k oil change instead of 5k which makes me question what oil was put in my car.

  I have been a customer of Valvoline's for at least 5 years because they are usually fast, efficient and affordable. My experience yesterday 5/16/26 was the worst unfortunately. The mechanic who did my oil change was rude, barely uttered two words to me and kept leaving from working on my vehicle to the car next to mine that already had two people working on it. He appeared irritated from the start and visibly got upset when the card machine would not work to ring me out and sighed in annoyance when I asked for air in my tires before I left. The service was slow and I felt uneasiness which is not typical for this business. I hope in the future he remembers to treat all customers with courtesy and not make them feel that their business is not wanted.

  The only thing that I thought was off-putting were the two employees in the parking lot, bouncing a basketball with cigars in their mouth when I was pulling in. Initially they gave me a sense of untrustworthiness. I Questioned my confidence in the service I was about to have done. Luckily, for me, someone else performed my oil change. I was happy and satisfied with his service overall.

  Good service, when I was there the guy was training someone and still managed to do a great job. There was a woman who was pregnant working that day also she was very sweet and informative. I appreciate your service.
