- JMJennifer MurrayAug 13, 20265.0Just went in for a standard oil change. When the cabin air filter was checked, it was absolutely (embarassingly) filthy. The tech replaced it and cleaned as well as he could, and I was on the road not 15 minutes later. When I drove the car to get lunch and turned the air on, there was an odd sound so I took it back. The tech removed the blower motor and found even more debris! After that was cleaned and reinstalled, the noise was gone. Really appreciated how prompt the issue was addressed, and with professional efficiency - again, it didn't take more than 15 minutes.
- CBCarol BaldwinJul 29, 20261.0This was the worst service I have ever had at Valvoline. Julian didn't listen when I said I had never brought this vehicle in before and it was new to me. The name on the receipt is not mine nor is it my address. It said they checked my tire pressure, they did not. He could not find the air filter behind the glove box and another guy told him it was probably a lie and just because it said there was one doesn't mean there was. It took over 20 minutes because the guy underneath was having difficulties, so two more people went down underneath my car and were yucking it up the whole time. They were also standing over in a side office swearing and not focusing at all on the fact that I was sitting there. The oil service indicator light was also not reset even though it says that it was. This is the worst group I have ever experienced there. It makes me wonder about the job or management when every time I go it's a different crew. I will start going to Big O Tires instead. I also told him I had a coupon but wanted to know if my military discount was better. He said to use my military discount even though it turned out to be $3 less than the $10 coupon. Never again.
