  Employees were very nice and apologetic but they did not have enough of the kind of oil I need in my car so I have to go back another day and hope they have it

  Absolutely horrible. We checked with the company and location multiple times to verify if they could change the oil on a Mini, and we were assured absolutely yes each time. When we pulled into the bay, four employees started talking loudly to each other because they didn't know how to change the oil in our car. They were going back and forth on what they needed to do while a guy on his tablet tried to direct them. My husband told them to stop and said that we would go somewhere else that actually knew how to change the oil in our particular car. Every one of them acted incredibly confused and continued to mess with the vehicle. He kept telling them to not do anything else and to close the hood, but they would not. One employee started pouring something into our vehicle while my husband was telling them to stop over and over again. The guy wouldn't stop and said he was filling up the windshield wiper fluid. At that point, my husband panicked and loudly told them to stop because Minis take special fluid. The guy just kept doing it anyway. My husband had to get out of the car, wave them away, and shut the hood himself. HORRIBLE experience. I would never bring a vehicle here again. If they didn't know how to change the oil, fine, just say that. But to keep messing with our vehicle without knowing what they were doing, all while being told to stop, was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

  Excellent, friendly service. All the guys were very nice and helpful. Not a fan of the upselling but they do show me what needs changed so I can see that it needs it instead of just taking their word for it. Makes them feel trustworthy to me.

  Everyone was very kind. The people who serviced my vehicle were very professional and knowledgeable. The visit went by fast despite the fact that they were busy. I really appreciated everything. Price was fair and I was even sent a discount through email, so nice bonus!
