- AHAnna HeinritzAug 21, 20261.0I would give zero stars if allowed. We had a mobile appointment scheduled and our technician just no called, no showed. Called at the end of our appointment time and was told our technician was coming to us next. Never showed and never communicated. Called again the next day and was told they only had in store appointments available the next week with zero apologies. Brought car in store because we were on a time crunch and learned the in store charge was $334.74 vs. the $454.99 we had prepaid for the mobile service. Thought this would be a nice silver lining until we learned that because we had prepaid, we had to pay the original amount. I wasn’t going to make my 18-year-old daughter fight the battle and had to text someone to try and remedy the situation. I was then given a $0.01 refund. Literally. I have never written a negative review in my entire life but I must warn others against using Safelite. Go to your dealership and save yourself hours of headache and probably some money.
