- CCCory CoteJun 29, 20261.0I scheduled with Safelite two weeks ago. Thought I would take half a day off on Friday and get my windshield replaced. Technician shows up and informs me they cant replace it because the brackets weren't correct. So I'll have to reschedule. The manager was supposed to contact me but never called. The next Friday comes and its the same technician, with the same glass, and the exact same problem. Now im out a full days work and still no wind shield. I tell him to have the manager call me immediately. She never does. Now its Monday and someone had scheduled me for Wednesday at 8am without talking to me at all. I call the technician to see if he told his manager to call me. He says he'll have her get right back to me. Never calls me. I call the Olathe shop and have to talk to a robot. Technician doesn't answer my calls now. Stay away from this place.

The friendly, efficient technician showed up on time and completed the repairs quickly. Our windshields were repaired with minimum hassle.
