  Topeka store, OK. Austin Store Awful. I had appointment at my hotel 8-12 . Tech arrived at 4:00 in Austin at 5:30 on a Friday called to say he removed windshield, then discovered he had the wrong part , warehouse was closed reinstalled window. What he didn't tell me was that the removal and reinstallation resulted in spider webs covering drivers side . Found that out myself next morning. He didn't specify the problem in their system so Topeka store didn't have specific information..we were leaving Saturday morning so drove 1,000 plus miles home and I went in Topeka store explained whole story. Got an appointment for 3 days later at my home. I was assured the wrong part problem would not reoccur. When tech called i told him the story. He arrived and found out he didn't have right part. Manager of store called , ordered the right part and next day they took car to shop and installed the right part.

  Unfortunately the service we had was not that great. We scheduled an appointment and at the time of the appointment we were contacted shortly into it that the service couldn’t be completed due to a broken windshield and needed to reschedule for replacement to come in. At second appointment the windshield did get replaced. At completion of replacement there were some billing discrepancies that were addressed but did get handled. Before leaving facility the toll tag attached to the previous windshield had not been removed, upon asking to have it back, first response was denial of tag even existing, after pointing out company vehicle does in fact have one, they miraculously came back with the tag. After leaving appointment a rain shower came in, the rain repellent works great, but they failed to tighten the nut for the wiper blade arm which made the wiper blade inoperable during a rain storm. I would like to point out that the wiper blade was in fact operable prior to the appointment. The only thing we are happy with is the fact we have a new windshield that at this time does not appear to be leaking. Definitely not the customer service and care you would expect for the price and time it took to complete the repair.

  Great pricd, tech was on time and communicated about arrival. Very satisfied with windshield replacement. Rain X and new wipers!
