  Super fast even tho it was busy. Very friendly staff. Very convenient, fixed tire with 2 nails in less than 20 mins cheep!

  I have been a loyal customer of Harold's tires for well over 20 years. I used to buy used tires from them when I was broke and couldn't afford new ones. I bought a Toyota truck and asked a couple questions I was prepared to spend a bunch of money with them. They completely brush me off so I went somewhere else, it actually hurt me to do it. I bought two sets of tires from them for my workman. The first ones lasted like 6 months and I went back and upgraded it to a better tire and they've lasted for quite a while. I tried to get the same tires but they had no record of my purchase whatsoever. I bought two tires for the front of my work van because I had an issues that was my fault with one of them. I purchased two completely different tires and pay good money for them despite my experience with my truck and Harold's. They put two new tires on my van didn't program either of my sensors and when I went back and asked him to program them they said they needed replaced and it would be $50 They were fine before they put the tires on and when I asked him about this the employee was as rude as the first one when I was trying to spend three grand with them. The front office help literally walk by me five times and never asked me what I was there for. I was standing there because I was waiting in line and people are just randomly pulling into spots in front of me and they were waiting on them before me. I actually called to ask about this and they said it was a programming issue and the kid they tried to program them told me it was a Fab issue. I literally had the Fab in my hand. He acted like I was interrupting his day like every other employee at Harold's the last few years. I realized it's hard to find good help. I've been a loyal customer forever I'm taking my vehicle somewhere else to get the issue Harold's cause solved and never doing business with them again. They used to handle their business now their employees are just rude and act like they're interrupting their day when you asked them a simple question about why your tire sensors that worked fine before they installed the tires don't work at all now. Or a simple question about tire sizes that will work on a 2014 Toyota tundra.

  Absolutely the best tire shop i came from CO and needed 2 tires the prices were good and the service was amazing! Every state needs a Harolds tire shop!
