  The cars are always nice and clean. Customer Service is great I picked up in one city and dropped it off in another. It was a very smooth transition.

  Good service, friendly/helpful staff and fair pricing. I always use Enterprise for my car rental needs at the Topeka blvd location.

  The experience I had with this place was terrible. I booked this company because it was the only one in the town I was visiting. I called the day prior to request a pick up for my reservation and was told someone would be picking me up. I called the day of and got told that someone could pick me up but they’d be two hours late to get me. I walked 15 minutes with my luggage to the facility to pick up my unit. When I got there the manager asked me if I wanted to cancel my reservation. I told him no. I just walked to get it because you couldn’t pick me up. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my car because it was at the glass shop. When I checked out I was told I was going to be charged $211 for the two days I booked. I dropped off my car at the time I booked it for in my reservation. The next thing I know I’m being charged for four days instead of two. I called the location I dropped the vehicle off at and they couldn’t help me. I called the 1800 number and waited weeks for a manager to call me back. They never did. After multiple calls and waiting, I was told to contact this facility I picked up the vehicle from directly to ask why I was charged for four days instead of two. The gentleman on the phone was very unprofessional and had no interest in refunding me the extra money that they took from my account. He then proceeded to tell me even though I dropped my car off on the time… the two days I reserved it for…. It did not matter. If the facility is closed and no one is there to get your keys you’re charged the extra days. It’s considered still in your possession. Absolutely no one explained this to me upon check out of my pick up and it took weeks to figure this out. I currently have reported the fraudulent activity to my bank and hope to find some sort of resolution because this facility had no interest in refunding me the extra money they took from me. All I was told was it’s in the contract. I do not recommend this business. Complete unprofessionalism and shady business practices. Go somewhere else. UPDATE: I called the 1800 number again to file a corporate complaint. The lady on the phone was fantastic and said the extra money I paid would be reimbursed. I guess we will see. Update: the lady whom said I would be receiving a refund lied to me. Next step BBB then mailing a letter to corporate.
