  I was given incorrect information by am employee that I had clarified 10 times to make sure I wasn't hit with no hidden fees yesterday. I get a call today and the information I had clarified yesterday was incorrectly told to me which in return had me in a bind and instead of addressing the employee they only kept trying to cancel my reservation.

  Was charged for an extra day and was not made aware of it until I got the receipt. They claim since the location was closed and I used the drop box, that is the reason. When I picked up the car, I was given the price on my contract and nothing was said about an extra charge from the guy I worked with. Even on their drop box instructions, it just states you are just responsible for the “condition” of the car until the location opens and also states by using a drop box, it will help you avoid additional charges. I would have just kept the car for another day instead of it sitting in their lot. I’ve called customer service multiple times about the issue, all they say is a manager will call me back from that location. I asked the name of the manager who would be calling and they claimed they couldn’t tell me. This started May 26th and I have yet to receive a return call or email. I’ve always liked Enterprise and am very disappointed in how this is being handled.

  The cars are always nice and clean. Customer Service is great I picked up in one city and dropped it off in another. It was a very smooth transition.

  Good service, friendly/helpful staff and fair pricing. I always use Enterprise for my car rental needs at the Topeka blvd location.
