  They were very helpful when I went to go pickup my rental and it was simple and easy. I reserved my rental online and I was able to easily compare vehicles and rates for my length of time of the rental I was getting.

  Rented a truck and watch them let it Go down the road and left me stranded had to wait 2 hours for then to find another truck. Now trying to rent through Enterprise for my trip back They booked my truck then changed my time for pickup at the last minute so I lost the truck that I had put reservations on, what is the point of having reservations I asked him when I booked it was 2:30 for pickup and why do they move it to 12 and she told me that's how they do things and if I wasn't there 15 minutes after 12 they would let my truck go down the road Long story short call the Avis and they got the truck that I needed from Enterprise that I was trying to rent the truck from so long story short when you make a reservation with Enterprise they can bump you at any time and they work with Avis and source cars out through them while telling you they have availability on their website and at the last minute leave you stranded. Stay away from the cartel rental Avis Hertz Enterprise all are the same company. PS don't join their website as a customer always rent if you're going to as a guest because all they do is up charge you and make you feel like you got a good deal

  Website and phone system says they are closed at 5 yet I was called and told to show up at 5:45 PM to pick up a rental at the Wesport location and I confirmed the time.

  I’ve tried to call them multiple times on multiple different days. Never got an answer. If they cant even answer the phone I can’t imagine their customer service. Though I can tell it’s not very good per other reviews. Don’t waste your time.
