  Great place to rent a car from. Very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to get you a car. I wouldn't rent from ANY other company.

  If I had a choice, I would give zero stars. I had to rent a car because someone hit my car. I was only approved for about $28 a day. I upgraded so I could get a sedan that was similar to my vehicle. I was given a Nissan Altima. However, the interior of the vehicle was FILTHY! Every seat had stuff spilled on it. The car had been heavily smoked in. The windows were fogged due to this. I couldn't see through the back window when the sun was shining on it. Since I am allergic to cigarette smoke, my eyes itched, swelled up, and turned red. Plus, I had respiratory issues: coughing, sneezing, sinus and chest congestion. There was even fur in the car. The car look like Dirty Mike and the Boys used this car for several days, and a raccoon gave birth behind the driver's seat. There was even ketchup or barbecue sauce or some unknown substance smeared on the interior light buttons. Additionally, the car hadn't been serviced in over 10,000 miles. It was supposed to be serviced at 26,007 miles. The car's mileage was 36,944 miles. I did not feel very confident driving this vehicle. I have photographs of everything that I've talked about. When I rented, I saw the filthy front two seats, and I wanted a different car. The Enterprise person helping me stated that this was the only vehicle in the sedan pricing. The Enterprise person also told me that they had tried to get the stains out. Since I didn't want to pay any more out of pocket, I took this vehicle. I didn't see all the other nastiness until I got home. Since I do not live in town, I didn't drive back to Enterprise. The condition of this vehicle was absolutely disgusting and should not have been rented out. The car was so unsanitary. I feel really disgusted that Enterprise felt that the car was safe and clean enough to rent out. Enterprise should be embarrassed and ashamed.
