  So walked in last week to get a check engine light figured out. One of the associates mike went above and beyond any other autozone associated would have checked and recieved code p0303 misfire. I ordered a spark plug and him and I worked on the vehicle sadly the cause wasn't a faulty spark it was or has to be a coil pack. However Mike should be commended for helping a customer in need. He's very intelligent knows what he's doing and autozone needs to praise him for that they have a good if not great employee. Thank you Mike for you helping hands.

  I stopped by during my lunch break on March 3rd, 2026 to have my battery checked, and it turned out it needed to be replaced. I want to sincerely thank the staff member who stood out in the cold rain to help me with the replacement. I am incredibly grateful for his help. He was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. Even though it was cold, rainy, and uncomfortable, you never would have known by his positive attitude and dedication to helping me. His level of service truly stood out. If there is any way this employee could be recognized or even considered for a pay increase, I would be eternally grateful. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but with the date and time provided, I hope you can identify him. Please let him know how deeply appreciative I am for his help that day.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The West store and the North store(in that order) locations are the best places for any automotive assistant and customer service. I would also add the O'Reilly's North and Westlake locations, but they don't give you a free $20 every $100. Lol
