Front desk was friendly and manager was on top of things. They grabbed and loaded it same day. My personal experience I was very impressed.

I called to confirm in-store payment for the tires and was able to come in just an hour later. When I arrived a quick test was done on the tires and they were able to give me a good description of their exact condition before payment. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be purchasing from A&A auto and trucks parts inc. again! Thank you Ashlea for all of your help and experience!!!

Representative sounded irritated from the beginning. I asked about the process to purchase and if possible would I be able to pick up part today.. he goes No it’s 4:00PM.. they close at 5:30. It takes 1 hour 30 mins to take 2 screws out and unplug a harness? Garbage.. will take my money elsewhere and highly do not recommend.
