  This place is horrible and The manager is just as bad. Save yourself the time and headache and go across the street to Valvoline.

  I went in for an oil change on SM Pkwy location in Shawnee, KS. I Got right in, didn't even have to leave my car. Kayla, my specialist, did a great job with me as a customer. I appreciated it because it is important. She was in sync with her team. Very quick & efficient. Kayla offered me many options including the filters especially the inside cabin which I had no idea it was there. It's clean now! The price was very reasonable which I love however, Customer service is important too. I got it all today. Thank you Kayla & team. I will be back.

  I would rate 0 if could, my 14mm oil drain plug was so overtightened that I physically moved the car with a wrench breaking it loose, then the oil filter was so tight the strap wrench handle broke and I had to use a pair of slip jaw pliers and had to put a cheater bar on to get it off smashing the filter up during removal, could potentially have damaged threads if it was any tighter, I'm aware that some people only come to work to collect a paycheck but you need to take a little care when working on cars or get a new job this unacceptable I was a txm mechanic at Toyota a long time ago and this never happened there. maybe train the techs or close up shop we will be handling our maintenance from here on out 95 dollar oil change is a big mark up and I expect it to be done properly this is the 2nd time everything was way too tight, and we're done with this corporation and all locations.

  They removed my air filter out of my car to show me a little brown color on one corner of the filter. Then they showed me a brand new one. I told them they changed this filter on my last visit so I didn't want to change it again for just a small amount of discoloration. They then had me turn my headlights on a d told me my driver's side light was out. They told me it would only cost $29.00 for them to replace. I told them great IF they can replace it. They went to change the light but discovered it was LED bulb so they couldn't replace it. Fine. When I got home I turned all my lights on, even checked the high beams but found no blown out bulb. Hmmm, was I being scammed?
