- PAPhil Alvarado1 day ago5.0Crew at the Shawnee Mission Pkwy location were all very welcoming and very courteous and kept me informed of everything that they were doing and recommending or able to provide for service for my 2023 Buick
- MHMichael Hopper4 days ago3.0I go to this specific Valvoline location often, it’s close to my work. I had a pretty decent coupon for my oil change and used it during this visit. Overall the visit was a success, I got my oil changed. The main issue I have with this location is the staff. The overall mood seems poor. I had 2 workers this time that was specifically acting like they didn’t want to be there. One actually admitted to it and another worker was slamming stuff around and muttering things under his breath and being extremely impatient, saying things like “he’s the only one working topside” and etc. I’ve gotten my tires rotated more than once at this location with my truck and this time they stayed my running boards were too low and they wouldn’t be able to rotate my tires. But the last 2 times I was here, same truck, same running boards, I got my tires rotated. Overall visit was a partial success and paid $90 or so in total with the coupon.

- CWChris WeissSep 21, 20262.0Been going here for 10 years for multiple cars. But not any longer. They've started charging a "Temporary Surcharge." Not optional, not disclosed, and mechanic had no idea what the justification was. Hidden fees on top of their higher regular costs.
- NMNatalie MolinaSep 18, 20265.0Tevin and Vivian were great. Tevin explained the work that was to be performed and they over delivered. The staff was friendly and I’m happy to have made the last second decision to drive-through there. I’ll definitely be back
